WE ARE TAKING EXTRA MEASURES TO CLEAN AND DISINFECT OUR CONDO. Enjoy the many amenities that Bethany Bay Resort Community has to offer - from the 9 hole golf course, basketball and tennis courts, nature trails, playground and of course the refreshing pool and hot tub. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and back porches, end unit with extra windows.

New in 2020 includes Master bedroom frurniture with new mattress as well as new Living Room and Kitchen furniture. Freshly paint, new tile floor and wood laminate floors, granite counters, large flat screen 'Smart' TV. We bring the beach to you with the 'Sun and Sand' color theme throughout the condo.

Great long weekend get away
Always enjoy staying at Bethany bay. A great weekend get away. Everything we needed in the condo was there. Condo was clean. Communication was excellent. Explored the walking trails near the entrance.

Cute little beach condo that has everything you need for a smaller party
The place was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. You have to bring or rent your own linens, but I prefer that anyways. Very clean and easy communication with the owners. No issues with anything. Easy check in and check out. We will go back. Enjoyed our long weekend.

Beautiful views
My husband and I and our 14-year-old stayed there for a cheerleading competition in Ocean City. It was about 30 minutes away but the property was very comfortable exactly what we saw online and we enjoyed the beautiful views would definitely stay there again.

Lovely and Peaceful
Hubby and I enjoyed Pam's property. It was a fantastic location on a lovely property. Being February, it was quiet and peaceful. We did have warmer weather so we were able to use the sweet patio. We were able to cook a few nights as the kitchen held some essentials. Unfortunately, we did miss the requirement of bringing our own linens and towels and did not know until we received the check in details on the day of arrival. Luckily, we were able to purchase new sheets and towels at a local store. Overall, a lovely stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We purchased our first unit in Bethany Bay in 2005 and began renting it in 2013. It was so successful we purchased this unit in 2014 so we can always rent one and stay in one, we love it so much!

What makes this property unique

Walk right out the front door and you are almost to the pool and right across from the golf course. Master bedroom and bath with king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 double and 1 twin bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Perfect for a family of 6 and welcoming to your dog as well. Just purchased in 2014 and all freshly painted with the colors of the sand and sea. Features new flooring and many updates. Well equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals or many great restaurants nearby.
