Clean, great location, and a very efficient use of space. It is within walking distance to downtown (a bit over a mile) and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Close to a grocery store and the capital, which has some nice trails to run around it. Also, the place is small, but we had four girls and felt comfortable.

The managing agency was easy to contact and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Quiet. Cute loft.

  • 5 of 5

Spent a week in this loft. Spent the days working from the loft while spending the evenings running the many trails in salt lake area. Love the Avenues area. So quiet and the loft was perfect. Comfortable. And the shower has great water pressure perfect for those of us that have to wash long hair. This is now my go to place in SLC.

Plus James and Nick were so nice and helpful when I called.

Great Place in a Beautiful Neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here while skiing at Alta & Brighton and we were very happy with everything about the home. It was very comfortable and there was LOTS of room to spread out. No drawbacks that I can think of so I'll list the best things about the place:

What we liked most:

-- Quiet neighborhood

-- Comfortable bed

-- Friendly management

-- Well-stocked kitchen

-- Lots of cable TV channels

-- Close to lots of fun restaurants

-- Clean!

-- Quiet!

Cozy, efficient, attractive and well located loft in SLC

  • 5 of 5

This is an excellent choice for an on-the-go couple. It is perfectly located in a charming neighborhood close to downtown shops and restaurants. There is a big Grocery store a few blocks away (and the state liquor store as well). You can be out all day and return to a comfortable and efficient place where everything works. The place is nicely and simply decorated -- someone knows how to use IKEA to the fullest! The kitchen is fully stocked with what is needed to cook simple meals -- and then some. The bathroom is great (especially the shower), and there is even a small washer and dryer. It was such a pleasure and a downright necessity to be able to have our dog with us. Couldn't leave him in the SUV (even if he doesn't mind) in 10 degree weather! He loved it and the place is nearly dog-proof anyway. Of course our dog is very well behaved!

Tiny drawbacks: The back entry stairs (especially in winter) are a bit tricky. Very narrow. The furnace is noisy (but good) and when the owner of the big house in front opens the garage door (under the loft) at night it is really noisy! They don't do that very often however.

Thanks especially to James who was at the property when we arrived to make sure all was as it should be and to show us how everything worked. He helped us up some daunting stairs with our luggage. He went over the guide book and told us about the local establishments and sights. We were there over Christmas when it was very cold and snowy and it was warm and cozy inside. When we return in the spring we will certainly try to book this little place again. Thanks so much for your work to make this such a nice experience.

Excellent Management

  • 4 of 5

Stayed here for a month and a half while on business. Very comfortable with all the conveniences of home. Management was every responsive and thorough in answering my questions while making the reservations. When my travel plans had to be altered part way through my stay due to a family emergency that required my attention at home they were very accommodating. I would stay here again!

Excellent service and location.

  • 5 of 5

Stayed at this property for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. Service was exceptional and the property was exactly as described. It is located just a short walk away from the major downtown touristic attractions. Groceries and restaurants are even closer.

I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers and consider it myself for future SLC trips.
