House with beach, swimming pool, private dock, fireplace, 5 suites, Estrada do Contorno

House on flat and safe land, ideal for everyone, especially for children and seniors, 5 full suites, air / tv and ceiling fans in all; private beach and pier on Contour Road; air conditioning, cable tvs; safe place at home and at sea; very well decorated, lounge with 100 m², stereo, large LCD TVs, fully new and equipped kitchen, bed linen in the suites, table, bath and beach towels. Very complete kitchen.

At the pier we have water and electrical outlet, it is sheltered and with a safe poita for boats up to 50 feet.
Safe place, away from slopes, flat terrain and 1800 m2 lawn
2 housekeepers used to receive that do all the housework: kitchen, cleaning, housekeeping, driver, etc ... already included in the daily rates
Kiosk by the sand with ceiling fans and beautiful natural shower on the beach.
Caretaker's house, dressing room and laundry separate from the body of the house.
Total infrastructure and ready to receive demanding people.
Very close to the Pestana Hotel (in the same cove) 10 minutes from downtown.

Casa antiga, mas super bem equipada ,espaçosa e confortável. Fiel as fotos. Atendimento tando do proprietário, Quanto das meninas que trabalham na casa super cordial e eficaz. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Quintal da casa super bem cuidado. Enfim, eu e minha família, Passamos dias mais que agradáveis. Só temos uma observação a ser feita sobre o piso ao redor da piscina, que por não ser antiderrapante,quando molhado torna-se bem perigoso pois fica muito escorregadio.

Desde o momento da locação o proprietário foi muito cortez e rápido para responder. A casa é muito agradável, bonita e limpa. A caseira da casa Michele supera seu atendimento e comida são excelentes, fomos muito bem atendidos e ela cozinha maravilhosamente bem , principalmente em tempos de pandemia nada melhor que não ter que sair e comer bem, era isso que procurava, realmente descansar e não ter que me preocupar com nada. Tivemos um imprevisto com uma laje que tem bem a direita da casa, mas o proprietário ja havia me informado também, quando saímos de barco. Recomendo e agradeço muito ao Sr Humberto e Michele pois me senti em casa e voltarei com certeza.

Um hotel 5 estrelas só para você!
A casa é maravilhosa! Espaço da churrasqueira perfeito!!! Várias opções pra curtir : Praia “particular”, varanda com a vista pro mar, churrasqueira, piscina... Passamos dias espetaculares. As ajudantes Michele e Márcia são super prestativas, atenciosas e ajudam em tudo que a gente precisa. A Michele tem contato pra tudo! Doceiro, churrasqueiro, pizza, japones, aluguel de lancha, aluguel de kayak, stand up, mercados... Michele também cozinha divinamente, tudo uma delícia, almoço, bolos, doces... Nos sentimos num hotel cinco estrelas só pra gente!!! Marcia sempre deixava a casa arrumada e limpa. A gentileza das duas e a organização da casa fizeram toda a diferença. Minhas filhas e amigas tiveram uma semana dos sonhos. Super recomendo! O proprietário Humberto também foi super atencioso antes e durante a nossa estadia, sempre preocupado em saber se estávamos bem. A 2 horas de carro do Rio, com certeza vamos voltar e criar novas memórias maravilhosas!
