We purchased 45 Beach Avenue as both an investment for our family, and for occasional relaxation time with our 3 children. We live north of Boston, MA and have always loved spending time in Kennebunkport in the summer, going to the beach or walking around Dock Square. We find it a perfect place to relax and spend time with family.
What makes this property unique
Nice yard for relaxing or playing games, short walk to both the beach and to restaurants and shops.
We provide a wide range of movies (many free options) and television options via a Roku installed in the main living room.
We provide beach towels and all linens as well as a number of toys and other beach accessories.
We added a full size refrigerator/freezer in the garage to accommodate a full weeks supply of food and beverages.
A ping pong table as well as board games are also available for our guests.
