Fully furnished and newly renovated with 65" and 40" ' LED TVs, cable and High Speed WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Large master bath, dual vanity and walk-in shower. Screened-in lanai with table and chairs. SunScape2 has a heated pool and fitness center and is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a short distance to Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point Marinas. Short drive to beaches, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands. And if you don't want to drive to the beaches, take a water taxi from the Tarpon Point Marina to Ft Myers Beach. Or take the express ferry from Fort Myers to Key West for a day trip or longer. Much more to see and do right in SW Florida!

Great property, great community
The property and community were excellent. Everyone in the community was friendly and very welcoming. Brad, the owner was readily available and very helpful. Nice gym, nice pool and very safe grounds to walk around. Close to many amenities. Unfortunately COVID-19 forced us to cut our stay short as we were required by our government to head home. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, well cared for vacation rental. Any vacancies in this community don't last very long.

Great location wonderful condo Really enjoyed our stay very clean convenient to everything. Utilized the beach chairs and they were the most comfortable beach chairs I’ve ever used. Definitely would stay again.

Super quite condo unit, on 1st floor; Lanai faces tress and shrubs and NOT a parking lot. Walking distant to shopping and restaurants a big plus.
