3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Pet Friendly Maravilla Condo.

NOTE: Elevator work in Building 4 is scheduled to begin October 30th through November 30th 2023. Everyone must use the stairs to access any condos above the ground floor during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Spacious and inviting, Maravilla 4405 is a three bedroom two bath condo with everything that you need to call it home for your vacation at the beach! Sit on your balcony and enjoy the sites or walk to the beach and soak up the sun and sounds of the beautiful Emerald coast. Maravilla 4405 is a fourth floor two story condo. On the first floor enjoy a newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen and living room with a Queen sleeper sofa. There is also a full bath and the master bedroom with a king bed on this floor. Upstairs you will find a loft area with a queen bed, another bedroom with twin beds and a full bath. This condo is pet friendly so it is the perfect family vacation choice.

In season this condo comes with beach service which includes two chairs and an umbrella. Maravilla has long been a favorite vacation destination so come and enjoy the property and this lovely condo.

Owner reserves the right to require Saturday to Saturday rentals only during high season

Spring Break 2023
Our stay was wonderful! Just a short walk yo the beach and the pools. Was nice there was 2 pools. Everything about out home was wonderful other than some mold in the upstsairs bathroom in the shower which my daughter and husband are allergic to, so we really only had bathroom to share. But we made the best of it!!

Great time, clean condo, nice area
We had a great stay here, since the place is dog friendly we saw a lot of dogs and the occasional barking. Didn’t hear any inside our condo. Two pools which is nice. Would stay here again.

Perfect place… especially pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
It was a great place to vacation with family and pet. The condo was very accessible to the beach, pool and pet walking area. Marivilla itself is in the middle of outlet malls, great food and entertainment. Our stay was amazing!

Location over condo condition
The overall stay was great from a getaway standpoint and general location. The condo, though, needed a bit of an overhaul. To the plus: the ice maker worked! Becki Downs was quick to respond to calls for maintenance, too! We had an AC not working and she helped us get service that same night! To the minus: the floors had a very fine dust that made them slippery and in need of a good cleaning. The closets in the FF BR were jammed full. The Bathroom door hook was hanging (I reattached it). There was an inadequate supply of some of the kitchen ware for eating and cooking (including a coffee cup with broken handle). In general, just a need for a thorough cleaning and some comprehensive property evaluation by the landlords.
