Quero destacar uma ótima estadia no imóvel. Excelente localização, tudo em ótimo estado, bem arejado. Um imovel perfeito para relaxar e sossegar, sem contar com a vista maravilhosa da varanda que parece um cartão postal. Um destaque também para o proprietário, super atencioso e empenhado para proporcionar tudo nas melhores condições. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes...

MINHA PIOR HOSPEDAGEM EM 30 ANOS
Ao chegar no imóvel, nos deparamos com um cheiro forte de mofo (apartamento e guarda-roupas, travesseiros, etc), até mesmo o armário de ferro da cozinha com cheiro ruim. Os colchões de péssima qualidade, terríveis, velhos. Uma cama estava desmontada debaixo de outra, e ao ser questionado, o proprietário disse que no apartamento ainda havia dois sofás. Nenhum ventilador funcionava. Apesar de girarem, suas abas estavam retas, não ventilando o ar nem pra cima nem pra baixo. Um dos chuveiros não estava esquentando... O wi-fi não funcionava, até que o porteiro me passou uma segunda senha, no final do 2º dia de hospedagem e funcionou. Ao que parece, a pessoa que toma conta do apartamento para o proprietário é um senhor de 85 anos, zelador do prédio, mas que não possui condições de resolver nada. Este zelador com mais um rapaz mexeram no chuveiro e ele funcionou. Mas ao olhar os ventiladores, só me disse que levaria a sugestão ao proprietário para que trocasse os ventiladores (não sei quando isso irá acontecer). Quanto à cama desmontada, eu dispensei a montagem, pois iria me dar mais dor de cabeça, pois ao invés de sair pra curtir a praia, teria que ficar aguardando o senhorzinho chegar e montar o móvel... Lamentavelmente, o proprietário, muito distante do cliente, não fez nada para desfazer tal impressão...

Aluguei o apartamento do dia 3 a 9 de janeiro e foi minha melhor escolha. É o melhor point de Cabo Frio, próximo à tudo. Recomendo.
