Our 2 Bedrooom/2 Bathroom one level Townhouse is located in Muirfield, a quaint development in the heart of Sea Pines, and on the 2nd Fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links. Sit on the inviting screened porch and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch golfers take on the challenge of a world-re·nowned course!

The location can't be beat! It is located a bike ride away from the newly rebuilt Sea Pines Beach Club or short walk or bike ride to Sea Pine's Famous Harbour Town and Lighthouse. The Sea Pines Center is a one minute walk! It features Shopping, Dining, Day Spa, Fitness Center and Convenience Store. From here you can also catch the seasonal Sea Pines Trolley to Harbour Town, Plantation Club Golf Center or the Sea Pines Beach Club.

The master bedroom is very spacious and features a king bed, flat screen TV, armoire, walk-in closet and vaulted ceilings. The master bathroom, remodeled in 2021, features a double vanity and tiled shower. Just down the hall from the master suite is the 2nd bathroom (also remodeled) and bedroom. This bathroom has a door to the hall and one connecting it to the 2nd bedroom. Second bedroom featuring another flat screen TV, armoire, closet and a set of twin beds.

The living space is all located at the rear of the villa, taking full advantage of the picturesque views! The living room features updated wood laminate flooring, new flat screen smart TV, sleeper sofa and a soaring cathedral ceiling. A wall of glass sliders allows for an abundance of natural light and great views. The large kitchen features tile flooring, white appliances and cabinets, and wet bar. Just off the kitchen is the laundry closet, featuring a full size washer and dryer. The dining table seats 6 and has views through the screened in porch to the fairway.

Other convenient features: High Speed Wi-Fi, Cable, Blu Ray Player, Smart TV (3 Flat Screens!), Use of South Beach Marina pool(Additional Fee), Grill, and Keyless Entry

Rental Includes one car pass for Sea Pines. Additional car pass available ($20/wk)

Our home does not include bicycles, but we will send you a coupon code for a bike rental company with check in instructions.

***A new rule was implemented by the Sea Pines Resort 3/2019. There will be no parking for guests of owners at the Sea Pines Beach Club during peak hours. Guests of our home will have to utilize the Sea Pines Trolley system to access the Sea Pines Beach Club. This is unfortunate for many property owners and our rental and private guests. But we are trying to look at the silver lining!!! We are blessed of our homes close proximity to the Trolley at Sea Pines Center (2min walk) and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach club.**

Very Nice
Great Location - lovely screened in porch and deck right on the golf course. I appreciated all the dog friendly little touches like bowls for the dogs and waste bags. Very nicely decorated and cozy. The policy at the beach has changed which is confusing - this seems to be for all visitors - if made taking my doggie to beach a challenge since it was a bit too far to walk and they won’t allow you to park there if you are not a full time resident and didn’t have a trolley driver one day ( which they tell you is only way to get to beach ) and even if they did you can’t take your dog and beach stuff on trolly- I am sure all the owners who rent are equally frustrated for their renters Aside from this new policy at Sea Pines- or “new to me” I definitely would rent again at this location.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend
We had a wonderful weekend trip to HHI for my wife’s birthday. The property was great, perfect location and our two labs really enjoyed hanging out in the screened-in patio watching the golfers, and the deer. We look forward to staying here again on future trips.

Great location, great unit
This unit was perfect for the two of us and our dogs. Overall a great experience. The unit is fully stocked with kitchen & bathroom items. We really enjoyed over-looking the golf course. We would totally rent the unit again.

Great Stay
Stayed over Labor Day weekend. Was the perfect place for 2 people to relax and be close to Harbor Town. Owner was wonderful in all of her communication, especially since a hurricane moved through the day before check-in. Wonderful place. Would definitely stay here again.

Brother and Sister owned! We grew up spending time at the beach every summer and one of our favorite spots was Hilton Head. Our mother spent a couple of years living in Sea Pines, and when she moved back to Kentucky I couldn't go! I've been a resident for over 20 years! Brother resides in Texas, but has this beautiful low country in his blood too, and he is a frequent visitor. We purchased this condo so that no matter what, we now have a vacation home in the beautiful Low Country of South Carolina, and in the wonderful community of Sea Pines!

Why they chose this property

We chose Muirfield for Location, Location, Location! The PGA tour arrives every spring, our favorite annual event, and we can watch from the screened porch and rear deck! It is also an easy walk to Harbour Town or Sea Pines Center, and a bike ride away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Muirfield's complex is also one of the smaller and less crowded as most units are not on rental market, and is very well maintained.
