Thomas Street Vacation Rental offers an apartment at 158 Thomas St. with a breakfast stocked in the refrigerator daily. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all the downtown Ketchikan attractions and restaurants. It is only a half block away from a grocery store. Right outside are bus stops for public transportation that can economically take you to attractions further away. For guests, there are a washer and a dryer on site free for use, supply your own soap, and one off-street parking space for a sedan or compact car. The space won't accommodate large trucks. Basic cable TV and free local calls on a private landline are included. A fresh, home-made, jumbo muffin to go with coffee, cereal and eggs is standard fare at Thomas Street Vacation Rental.

Downtown 'must sees' include the Southeast Alaska Discovery Center (an interpretive center of the U.S. Forest Service and the National Parks Service), art galleries, the Tongass Historical Museum, Dolly's House, many stores offering authentic Native Alaskan art, and the Ketchikan Visitor's Bureau where you can book a fishing charter or local tour. Just up the street away from the downtown are the Totem Heritage Cultural Center (highlighting local Native Alaskan culture and art) and City Park. Walking on, one can enjoy Deer Mountain hiking or the Ketchikan Recreation Center with competition-sized pool, fitness rooms, weight room, walking track, racquet ball courts and basketball courts.

I charge a card for the whole stay when guests arrive, $120/night APT-use of queen bed. Card will be charged for the total w/tax if guests cancel and a new booking does not replace theirs, or if they are a no show. All cancellations subject to $25 plus tax fee.
