This brand new apartment locates at the commercial and residential hub of Richmond, No. 3 Road and Westminster Hwy. Within 2 minute walk, you can reach most major restaurants, shopping malls, banks, Translink and skytrain stations.

Minoru Park, one of the best public park in Richmond, Richmond Public Library, Richmond Art Gallery, Richmond Olympic Oval, Lansdowne Mall, Aberdeen Center, and Richmond Shopping Center are within a couple of blocks.

Brighouse Station, southern terminus railway station of the Canada Line, also served as a bus loop, can be reached by 5 minutes walk. Within 15 minutes driving time, guests can get to YVR. Canada Line is also able to take guests to the airport by less than 30 minutes.

Fisherman's Wharf at Steveston of Richmond is Canada's largest still-active fleet, which brings in the fresh catch daily. You can try the fish & chips or seafood entrees on your visit. Old cannery museum can remind you of the old days.
