Tall Timbers Retreat is only eight miles from downtown Nacogdoches THE oldest town in Texas. Nestled among the majestic pine trees, these fully furnished cabins are updated and include all the comforts of home. Rose Hall with its HUGE commercial kitchen is the perfect location to host large gatherings of up to 75 to 100 people. We have 5 Cabins that sleep up to 75 people with a total of 12 Bedrooms and 6 Kitchens. We can accommodate up to 62 people in individual beds. Outside your door, 30 wooded acres invite you to explore. Gather your friends and family and have fun playing volleyball, corn-hole, horseshoes, riding your horses, or utilizing our baseball & soccer field.

Grab a book and take advantage of our many outdoor swings and rocking chairs. Imagine the peaceful and tranquil sounds of nature with the afternoon breeze. As evening approaches, gather around our numerous fire pits and gaze at the stars while making s'mores.

Our crown jewel is Rose Hall. It can accommodate 65+ seated guests, which makes it ideal for large groups. This is a great place for people to come together for meals, parties, meetings, presentations, seminars, and gatherings, or to play bingo, cards, dominoes, joker, and ping-pong. The coffee bar, huge drink cooler, ice machine, drink station, and buffet bar make every event easy.

We also have a 2,700-square-foot Bunk and Game Hall. This building is set up with 11 single beds and a large room for sleeping bags. It has a large bar area with a sink, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, washer and dryer, and three full bathrooms with showers. It also has a sitting area, ping pong, and gym equipment.

Bring your horses and your dogs for a small overnight fee. Accommodations for all types of livestock and pets. Great overnight spot for traveling equestrians. Horse Barn with 8 stalls, goat shed chicken coop, kennels, multiple outdoor pens, fenced pastures, and quarters for just about every critter. Concrete driveway and parking available for any size vehicle/trailer combination and two RV hook-ups.
