SPACIOUS 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - DIRECT OCEANFRONT CONDO. Comfortably sleeps 8. Oceanfront Master BR: King w/ private bath, Streetside BR: 2 Fulls, 3rd BR: 2 twins. Large private oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, master bath jacuzzi tub, large oceanfront pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, dry sauna, fitness area, barbeque area, direct beach access, parking directly across the street from the building.
IDEAL LOCATION - Walk to grocery store, restaurants and pier.
WEEKLY RENTALS REQUIRED DURING PRIME SEASON - Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rental and extended stays available during off-season - (Nightly rental, 3 night minimum - Extended stays, contact us for a quote.)
OUR RENTAL FEE IS ALL-INCLUSIVE.

GUESTS - NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS MAY RENT OR OCCUPY A UNIT, EXCEPT WHEN A PARENT/GUARDIAN IS IN UNIT AT THE SAME TIME. This regulation will be enforced by on our onsite property management and renters will be asked to leave if found to be in violation of this rule. This regulation is for everyones vacation enjoyment; therefore, WE ASK THAT IF YOU RENT FROM US THAT YOU PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR AGE.

PARKING - **ONLY** (2) PARKING PASSES ARE ALLOWED FOR OUR UNIT. If additional parking is needed, Lanier Parking offers extended parking at the Pavilion Parking Garage 914 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, approximately 30 minutes away. For any additional information, their contact # is 843/626-7275. There is also, Idle Hour Parking located at the stop light close to our condo; however, you may find it cost prohibitive for extended parking (1hr - $5, 8hrs-$10 and 24 hrs-$45).
NO MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS OR MOTOR HOMES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.

Definitely worth it, by a long shot! We would stay here again in a heart beat. The elevator was always fast. The rooms were spacious and clean. They had boogie boards there and so much more. It was a great place.
We all loved the place, spent morning on the beach, then headed to other attractions in the afternoon and evenings. Wonderful view of the beach while chilling out. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We only had one complaint, the twin bed mattresses and the double bed mattresses, were a little too soft and cheap feeling. Parking turned out to be a little pain in the butt, because we had three vehicles due to family coming down and leaving on different days, so we used the Pavilion Parking Deck, down in Myrtle Beach, 30 minutes away. Was mostly a pain because distance away and when swapping out cars, parking tag was left in the parked car, and had to go get it. OUCH. The top of parking garage was empty the whole week, Wish we could of added an extra parking pass for the few days we needed it.
IGA accross the street had everything you needed. and in walking distance.
We had a great time staying in 802 for the week. Loved the clean and well-maintained unit. Plenty of room for our family with 6 adults and 1 baby. Close to stores and restaurants , as well as the Cherry Grove Pier! And the view of the ocean from our balcony was breathtaking! We would book this condo again!!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the view was great. We look forward to returning next year.
The view is AMAZING and although the condo is a little dated, it has everything you need. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Would prefer to have had bath towels and hand towels- had nothing to dry your hands in kitchen or bathrooms. Enjoyed our time immensely.
