Two outdoor areas with one overlooking the resort style pool. Two bedrooms - one king and one queen with 2 luxury bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, separate dining and comfortable living room with gas fireplace.
In suite laundry, two car attached garage.
One brand new 55' HD/LED TV in the living room, and one 32' HD TV in each bedroom. High speed internet included.
Overlooks the resort pool and hot tub and one minute walk to the fitness and community common room. There is a video camera situated at the pool/hot tub area that is NOT monitored, but would be used in the case of criminal acts.
Walking distance to upscale restaurants, groceries and the Grayhawk clubhouse for a round of golf or drinks/ appies on their patio.
We have a cancellation policy that is not offered by VRBO. We will refund all of your deposit if we are able to re-rent the property. Please enquire about our cancellation policy for further clarification.

Comfortable Spring Retreat
Our 5+ weeks was very enjoyable in this well-equipped, nicely furnished and very clean Talon Retreat 2BR, 2Bath unit. Its second floor location forced us into a bit more exercise than we were used to, proving to be a good thing! The location in North Scottsdale is excellent in that grocery stores and several restaurants are nearby as are several golf courses. Only wish there was a guarantee on the weather---we were there during the coldest, most blustery March in long-time residents' memories.

A nice place to getaway from the cold.
A nice place to use for our 5 week getaway from winter. The condo was well furnished and very convenient location. We loved that we could walk to the grocery stores. The pool which was warm and the grill was used a lot. Loved that hiking was 5 minutes from the condo.

Great condo
Condo is very comfortable and well stocked. Looks just like pictures. Location is excellent. Ross is attentive and responds quickly to questions. Would stay in unit again.

The unit was renovated with granite countertops, hardwood floors and new bathroom fixtures. All of the furniture and accessories were lovingly selected by the owners to ensure the highest standards of comfort and luxury. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Circulon pots & pans assists in your preparation of your favorite meals. BBQ's are also available on the pool deck.
