Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen .Everything as advertised. Appreciated the beach chairs- could have used a warning as to how sharp the rocks were entering the water in front of the building- my son and I both cut our hands

Location good. Property was pretty and Dukes was great. Alarm and speaker went off all night about evacuating. Sheets old and pilled. Pillows old and lumpy. Furniture gross and old. ESP throw pillows. No one wants those on the clean bed and sheets. Hallways smell. .
