See the dolphins play and enjoy the beautiful sunrises from your private balcony located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Our large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the third floor in this mid-rise, gated complex. Beach chair and umbrella rental service is included March through October.

Fully renovated in 2022. Updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite and appliances. Primary and second baths remodeled with new tile, vanity and countertops. New flooring and trim throughout the entire unit.

Our condo is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

The condo is fully furnished and includes access to our storage closet full of sand and beach toys. The kitchen is well equipped and recently renovated. There is a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The living room offers a sofa, love seat, and a flat screen television. The dining room comfortably seats six and we furnish a high chair. The primary bedroom has a flat screen television and a king size bed. A large walk in closet with built in drawers, tile shower, his and hers vanities, gorgeous views of the gulf from the large corner window and the floor to ceiling glass doors leading to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a set of bunk beds, flat screen television, closet and a great view of Santa Rosa Sound.

Enjoy all the amenities... Enjoy the gulf from our beachfront location or the balcony, swim in the seasonally heated pool or play tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard or basketball on our private sport courts, work out in the fitness center, go fishing on the beach or fish from the 300 foot fishing pier. Rent jet skis, wave runners, bikes, paddle boards and explore the island. Outdoor grilling is available and conveniently located near the pool area. Parking is available onsite with limited access for 2 cars per condo.
The property's outdoor spaces are monitored by cameras for your safety.

We are only 15 minutes to the Gulf Breeze Zoo and 30 minutes to the Gulfarium in Fort Walton Beach. We are less than an hour to the Naval Air Station Pensacola, home and practice field for the Blue Angels, and the National Naval Aviation Museum. Destin and Fort Walton are within 30-40 minutes. Enjoy nearby golfing.

Perfect vacation spot
We loved everything about this condo…the pictures don’t do it justice. It was super clean, well stocked, appears to have been recently updated (including furniture). The views from the balcony are breathtaking. You’re steps away from beach access….a very beautiful, safe, not congested beach. You’re within walking distance of some good restaurants…others are a short drive away. Can’t say enough positives about this property…..don’t hesitate to book this place!!!

Just Excellent!
We visit Navarre Beach every year if at all possible and this year our stay was enhanced due to the great accommodations! This unit was EXCELLENT!!!! Very clean and had every thing we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The fully stocked "Beach Closet" right outside the front door was an added bonus! Couldn't believe how well stocked everything was. We highly recommend this unit and will probably try to rebook for our next years stay! L & K Boone Kings Mountain, NC

This was our 7th or 8th trip to Navarre Beach. Always have stayed in condo on the beach. This condo has been our favorite to date and hopefully get to stay there again. Most well equipped Condo by far.

Excellent Stay
This rental is bigger than the photos appear which was an unexpected surprise. It was very clean and well kept. The tower had extremely convenient and direct access to the beach. The umbrella and chair service were a fantastic included perk of the rental! The owners were easy to get in touch with and communicate with during our stay. The views are breathtaking from this unit! The beds were all very comfortable. This was our first trip to Navarre and we will definitely be back (hopefully to this same rental) next year!

Why they chose this property

We've traveled and been to many beaches and beach communities. Navarre Beach, and Navarre Towers specifically, has always been our favorite. The beach is literally off your back door. No need to cross the street or highway. The private, 3rd floor balcony, provides generous views and the experience of being right on the water. The unit has been updated and is not overtly beach themed. Feels more like a home on the beach than a rental. There is plenty of space for our family of 5 to enjoy each other and not be on top of each other.

Navarre Towers has been very well maintained over the years. The entry, elevators, grounds, swimming, pool and tennis courts give the property an elegant feel. The property is not just a concrete slab next to the sand like many others. Where the property is located on Navarre Beach, there is not an overwhelming density of highrise condo buildings giving you enough beach space without being right on top of your fellow beach goers.
