8000 sq ft ~ 5 bedrooms, 12 bath. 15 beds, All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms and French doors opening to the gardens or the pool. Air conditioning throughout.

Large Pool and surrounding 3000 sq ft pool deck with barbecue area and fire-pit.
Pool area is not operational in the rainy season (approx Nov 1- April 30)

The house is located on a private gravel road in rural Napa/Sonoma County.

We are 1 3/4 hours from San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento.airports. There is an airport in Santa Rosa, 40 min from the house; flights from LA, Burbank, Las Vegas, Reno, Texas, Phoenix, Portland, San Diego, and Seattle

Amazing!
The location was secluded, beautiful views, gorgeous home. This was the ultimate party home- huge kitchen, lots of space to hang out, music throughout the house, media room, pool, hot tub, you name it, this house has it!

Wonderful Base for Napa
While a bit of a hike from the Napa Valley floor, once you arrive at the Ranch Above it is an amazing retreat where you can relax in the seclusion of nature around you. All of the rooms were well appointed, and the kitchen provided for a great means by which we were able to have a chef come into the home and prepare a meal for our group. Throw in the infinity pool, hot tub, bocce court and hilltop views, you can’t go wrong with this property!

A Zen Retreat for our Girls Trip!
WOW! The Ranch Above St. Helena was PERFECT for our Girls Trip! Sooo many great areas both outdoors and indoors to simply relax, soak in the scenery, get caught up with friends :) Great amenities, everything in the home was in perfect working order, caretaker always available to promptly handle any questions. The staff that assists with preparing for our arrival was INCREDIBLE! Very responsive and knowledgeable. All recommendations (chef, concierge, grocery shopping) were great! THANK YOU Blair Spangler Group for a truly INCREDIBLE trip!

Great view! Execellent experience!
We stayed at the ranch for two weeks with families across three generations. First of all the location was great. High on Spring Mountain amongst great vineyards you really had great vantage. There is a platform with spectacular view where we had private yoga session that the the Blair group helped organise. Speaking of service, the caretakers are available down the road from the ranch most of the day and are extremely responsive. Whenever we needed something addressed or had questions, they were extremely helpful. The villa itself is very well appointed and spacious. We made full use of the pool, media room and the kitchen. Really enjoyed it and would definitely come back. The only thing to point out is that the road to the ranch is not the easiest to navigate particularly at night.
