Built in 1927 is the Lodi Carriage House vacation rental located in the historic Downtown area of Lodi. Two blocks from tasting rooms, wine bars, restaurants, antique shops and specialty boutiques there is something for everyone. Take in a movie at the local cinema or enjoy events at the Hutchins Street Square. Lodi Lake’s picnic areas, wildlife, running and hiking trails, paddle boarding and canoes are just minutes away for those who enjoy the outdoors. Bright and sunny, the Carriage house sits above the garages of the owner’s main home. This nicely furnished and fully equipped apartment could be just what you need for a relaxing vacation. The amenities include internet access, cable TV, washer/dryer, and hardwood floors. The large kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The two bedroom (one queen and one king bed) sleeps four comfortably. Nicely manicured yards and a charming old Lodi neighborhood make this the perfect place to enjoy the best of Lodi.

The Carriage House is within walking distance to Downtown Lodi, where year round activities include major events that attract thousands. The Lodi Street Faire, boasts over 700 antique and craft vendors the first Sunday in May and October. The School Street Stroll, which take place in early April and October, place local wineries within the unique shops of Downtown Lodi for an evening of great wine, food, and shopping as visitors stroll down the lovely lanes of our historic district. Every Thursday from June to October, its time for the Downtown Farmers Market. All kinds of fresh produce from the Lodi farms and local craft vendors fill the streets. From surrounding award wining wineries, to fabulous local restaurants, Lodi has it all!

Term of the Lease.

The lease begins at 4:00 p.m. on the Check-in Date and
ends at 11:00 a.m. on the Check-out-Date.

Check in and Check Times:

Check in Time is after 4 p.m. and before 9 p.m. on the Check-in-Date.

Check out Time is no later than 11 a.m. on the Check-out-Date.

Rental Rate and Fees

Standard Rental Rate. Payment in full shall be due within a minimum of 7 (seven) days of the Check-in Date.

Double Occupancy - $ 140 per night for each night. Additional Guests - $20 per night (maximum of two additional persons) per night.

Weekly and Monthly rates are specified on the website.

Corporate and Extended Stay available. Contact owner for quote.

Fees and Taxes. City of Lodi taxes and assessments in the amount of 10.5% (Lodi Tourism Business Improvement District (LTBID) fee of 4.5%, plus San Joaquin County Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 6%) will be added to the total rental rate.

Refundable Damage Deposit. A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be required upon reservation. Damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days, less any damages or excessive wear to the interior and exterior of the property, including, but not limited to, all appliances, electronics, beds, bedding, linens, furnishings, towels, flooring, tables, chairs, counters, window coverings and decorations.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, rental payment will be refunded as follows:

• 100 % refund if cancelled 8 (eight) days or longer, prior to the Check-in Date
• Rental payment will be refunded less 1 (one) night rental rate if cancelled within 7 (seven) days prior to the Check-in Date
• No refund if cancelled within 3 (three) days prior to Check-in Date. NOTE: if we are able to rent the property to another guest within the 3 (three) days prior to your Check in Date, we will refund a portion or all of your rental payment.
