4 bedroom townhouse in Brigantine with grill and firepit

Our bright and airy 4 bedroom townhouse is few minutes away from the beach. It comfortably sleeps 8 without pull-outs or bunks. There are 4 bedrooms in the house: 1 with king bed and a small desk, 2 rooms with queen beds, 1 room with 2 twin beds. One of the queen bedrooms is downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked. Dining/living room combo has dining table that seats 8+, couch and a Roku TV. Plenty of room for the company to hang out and relax. Backyard is fenced in, there is a gas grill, dining table and chairs and a firepit.

You can walk to the beach (about 15mins) or bay (about 12 mins) or have an easy and short 5-6 minutes drive to the 35th street beach with 'conveniences'. This beach has a permit only parking lot (we provide 2 car permits to you for free), shower and toilet . There is always parking space there. 8 beach tags are included. If you don't like waves and prefer shallow waters, you can walk from the house to the bay or to the inlet.

Perfect house for Ironman.
The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was particularly well appointed. We were attending an event in Atlantic City. The commute was quick and easy.

Enjoyed the short vacation!
The house was truly sufficiently stocked with seasonings, etc. it would have been nice to have at least one more TV. Unfortunately there was only one TV in the house.

Great place better price.
Rented this gem for my bff's 50th birthday. Talk about wow, this place was clean and fully stocked! Anything you may need was there, and well documented. Maria was friendly and responded quickly to any questions. My group couldn't stop talking about coming back and enjoying the home. Great choice, location, home and host!

I just love the ocean and everything about it: beach, sand, waves and calm days. I like to run along the surf line, pick shells, sunbath, breathe ocean air, swim, body surf, rock on the waves. A day at the shore for me is a happy day in my life. When you inquire about the rental, please tell me couple words about yourself.

Why they chose this property

I had to have a shore house. Even if it is not right on the sand. I vacationed in Brigantine once before and fell in love with it because you can call it secluded compared to other shore points in NJ. It is certainly a joke, but Brigantine is called 'the best kept secret of NJ' for a reason. It is quiet, the beaches are nice, parking is not a problem, there is no through traffic since it is an island. And yet it is minutes away from hustling and bustling Atlantic City. The house I got was a foreclosure. It was a bit beat up. I tried to breathe life into it, spent a lot of time, effort and money, and I think it came around. You can see for yourself!

What makes this property unique

It will not break your budget. It is cozy but spacious at the same time. It is convenient house where everything is in place. Lots of storage- beach gear, clothes, even a surf board. There is a balcony off master bedroom where you can sit and have a glass of wine in the evening, watching Atlantic City skyline and the stars. Lots of wall art is done by my mom.
