Breathtaking and quiet sea view in Geribá - Buzios - 4 suites with pool.

The house boasts incredible sea views in a very cozy location 100 meters from the most famous and coveted Geribá Beach of Buzios.
Consisting of 4 suites, all with double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, LCD cable TV and closet. Two suites are with sea view balcony and the other two are internal. It has a large living and dining room and a guest toilet. Swimming pool and barbecue with independent bathroom. And garage for 2 cars.
* Electricity is paid separately - at the renter's expense - the fee per kW is 0.99. With the calculation we have the actual consumption of your stay.
* Water is included in the package.
The house is comfortably furnished, kitchen equipped with appliances (toaster, grill / sandwich maker, cold water filter, refrigerator (Frost Free), stove, microwave oven, blender), washing machine, kitchenware (crockery, glassware, cutlery) bed linen. In the barbecue and pool area we provide plastic plates and cutlery for your safety and that of your family, table game and chairs with sun loungers. All this 5 minutes walk from the beach sands. No need to drive to the beach :). The house is not in condominium, the pool area and individual.

Casa espaçosa e muito bem localizada
A casa é grande, confortável e bem localizada. Vista deslumbrante. Cozinha completa. Os anfitriões são amigáveis e solícitos. Tivemos uma ótima experiência em uma viagem familiar. Único aspecto a ser melhorado é a questão da limpeza da casa que deixou um pouco a desejar.

Ideal para quem gosta de praia
Imóvel muito bem localizado, próximo à praia de Geribá, apesar de pequena ladeira de acesso , o q pode comprometer um pouco pessoas com limitações de locomoção. O anfitrião foi super atencioso e disposto a resolver os pequenos problemas que surgiram no decorrer da estada. Parabéns pelo imóvel.
