The bedroom alcove has a very comfortable queen size bed; the sofa is a custom-made, pull-out double bed. There is a large work desk area and Telus high speed internet. The full kitchen is well-equipped, there is a gas fireplace and a wall-mounted flat screen 40” tv. Taking care of laundry while you're travelling is easy here with the in-suite washer/dryer.
The living room views are of paddlers, rowers and the life that generally makes up the working harbour, plus glorious sunsets over the water. Catch stunning views of the harbour and waterways from the rooftop patio which also has BBQ facilities.

Wonderful location on the harbour and close to the downtown area. There is no end of excellent restaurants within walking distance. It’s an easy walk to Victoria’s many attractions - the inner harbour, Empress Hotel, music venues, museums and Legislative Buildings. Chinatown with its history, restaurants and markets are two minutes away. The downtown location encompasses not only the excitement and convenience of being close in, but also occasionally the inevitable noise and bustle of an urban environment. Our wharf is also a stop for the little harbour ferries – pick them up at many spots along the seawalks around the harbour.
There is kayak hire on our wharf and cycle rentals nearby. Golf? Many courses, from spectacular Bear Mountain designed by Jack and Steve Nicklaus, to smaller, inexpensive courses. Victoria is very cyclist-friendly with numerous dedicated lanes; to venture out-of-town or for more of a workout, check out the Galloping Goose trails which are accessed near the condo.
