The house is very quiet in the health resort of Bolton. The beach with its own beach chair is only a five minute walk away. Also located near the newly opened Marina (White Wiek) of Bolton with excellent seafood restaurants.

On extremely hot summer air conditioning ensures a pleasant coolness. The light-filled living area has a large glass front to the south. After a long day at the beach you can relax here with pleasant music. In addition to a high quality hi-fi system with an extensive repertoire of music and a DVD / BluRay player them is a large LCD HDTV available. A small selection of German BluRay, DVDs, books and games is also available. Enjoy the day on the 15 sqm large sun terrace. In the evening it off the day with tasteful lighting and the murmur of the fountain with a nice glass of wine. The house has its own beach chair (on the beach) and 5 bikes, and a garage for the car. An organic bakery for daily fresh bread and cakes is just 50m away.

Super Urlaub
Wir hatten als Familie einen wundervollen Urlaub im Haus Bellmare. Trotz frühzeitiger Anreise wurden wir nett vom Ehepaar Moss empfangen und uns wurde der Strandkorb am Strand gleich überlassen. Für das Haus bekamen wir etwas später eine gute Einweisung. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komfortabel mit vielen Extras. Besonders haben wir den eingebauten Kaffeevollautomaten (so muss man auch im Urlaub nicht auf den morgendichen Cappucino verzichten), die Eiswürfelmaschine, den privaten Strandkorb am Strand, die zugehörigen Fahrräder für ein paar Touren und den Bollerwagen auf dem Weg zum Strand genossen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen am Rande von Boltenhagen (Stadtteil Tarnewitz) mit einem kurzen Weg zum Strand. Leider gab es den noch angegebenen Strandkorb im Garten nicht. Doch die komfortablen und bequemen Gartenmöbel waren noch viel besser, wir haben sie nicht nur zum Essen, sondern auch für den abendlichen Wein genutzt. Wir werden bestimmt bald wieder das Bellmare buchen, denn nicht nur dieser tolle Urlaub, auch die netten Gespräche mit dem Hausbesitzer bleiben in allerbester Erinnerung

Zwei herrliche Wochen im Haus Bellmare
Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern, hochwertig und mit allerlei technischem Schnickschnack eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte (und noch viel mehr). Man merkt, dass die Vermieter es oft und gerne selbst nutzen. Bei der Übergabe haben sie sich viel Zeit gelassen, uns alles zu zeigen und alle Fragen zu beantworten. Die Fahrräder sind (natürlich) top in Schuss, so dass wir vor Ort das Auto stehen lassen konnten. Das absolute Highlight ist aber der private Strandkorb am Strand (übrigens der einzige, den wir gesehen haben), der in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wirklich traumhaft! Boltenhagen ist beschaulich, bietet aber viel (gute) Gastronomie und die Geschäfte, die man braucht. Ganz lieben Dank an die Eheleute Moss; wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekter Sommerurlaub an der Ostsee
Meine Frau und ich hatten das Glück, kurzfristig für zwei Wochen das Ferienhaus in Boltenhagen zu reservieren. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit Einfamilienhäusern, nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Moss war immer schnell und einwandfrei. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen eine ausführliche Einführung in das sehr saubere Ferienhaus. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub benötigt. Wir finden sogar, dass das tatsächliche Ferienhaus noch schöner und gehobener ist, als es die Bilder erahnen lassen. Inkludierte Zusatzleistungen wie z.B. Fahrräder, privater Standkorb am Meer und bereits organisierte Kurkarten sind sehr angenehme Highlights, wodurch man sich ohne Stress direkt in den Urlaub "stürzen" kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Danke Familie Moss!
