Very well equipped, winterproof house for 4 to 5 people with partial lake view.
Location: Only approx. 150 m linear distance from Stora Le on the outskirts of Nössemark (approx. 200 inhabitants), approx. 30 km north of Ed, approx. 4 km from the Norwegian border (visit the beautiful harbor town of Halden with good shopping opportunities).
General: The house is located on an approximately 1800 sqm meadow plot, it has a basement with two bedrooms and a combined living room and bedroom (through room).
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and a covered south-facing terrace.
Furthermore shower & toilet, kitchen with dining area.
Stora Le: Access to the lake in approx. 300m at the bathing area and rowing boat with motor in approx. 600m at the jetty.

Super Haus, toller Ort, traumhafter See, gute Angelmöglichkeiten
Gut ausgestattetes Haus schöne Lage, Bademöglichkeit in der Nähe, gutes Boot mit Außenborder, braucht man auch auf dem Stora Le.

schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer wunderschönen Gegend
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Ort (mit kleinem Geschäft) im wunderschönen Dalsland. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, hat eine geschlossene Terrasse, so daß man eigentlich immer draußen sitzen kann und einen großen Garten. Zum Haus gehört ein super Boot mit Motor - prima (nicht nur) für Angler.
