The apartment is located in Hitzacker (approximately 600m to the City Island) on a sunny hill.

The 2008-developed apartment is located in a two family house on an approximately 2 500sqm large plot, surrounded by trees, bushes and flowers.

For cars there is enough storage space.

An external staircase leads to the separate apartment with living / kitchen area and 1 or 2 bedrooms It can accommodate 1-5 people. (For occupancy of 2 persons, the bedroom with double bed will be provided. Would you like 2 bedrooms - please let us know shortly! Surcharge: 15 Euro one)

The upstream terraces and sunbathing lawn invite you to relax.
Within walking distance are the wonderful Elbe Valley in a few minutes. Biking on the dike, ship or boat trips invite the holiday maker a ... or watch them on the Elbe beach in the countless secluded coves Crane and White Stork in their flight .....

Wir waren Ende Juni für eine Woche im schönen Wendland, und uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren besonders freundlich. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und die Küche hatten Türen zu dem wunderschönen Garten mit einem kleinen Teich, der am Abend eine schöne gemütliche Beleuchtung hatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, werden gerne wiederkommen und können die FW bestens empfehlen, Heide und Tilman Reimers aus Essen

guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen im Wendland
Die FeWo ist etwa 2 km vom Altstadtkern entfernt, liegt nicht an einer gepflasterten Zuwegung. Sie ist recht groß und recht gut ausgestattet, aber ohne Mikrowelle. Da sie im Souterrain liegt, ist es im Sitzbereich auch tagsüber etwas dunkel. Im Sommer wird man das etwas anders empfinden, wenn man abends die Terrasse, den Garten genießen kann.

Feriendomizil in natunaher Lage
Wer Natur und Entschleunigung sucht, der ist in den Elbauen/Wendland richtig. Die Wohnung ist dafür sicherlich ein guter Ausgangspunkt, wenn man zur richtigen Jahreszeit kommt und über die Eigenschaften einer Souterrainwohnung hinwegsehen will.

Umgebung schön
Unser Eindruck war bedauerlicherweise sehr enttäuschend. Die Fewo liegt im Keller. Die Kellerfenster im Bad und im Flur konnten zur Lüftung nicht genutzt werden, da auf den Fensterschächten Plexiglasscheiben lagen, die diese abdichteten. Die Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben, wir mussten nach Ankunft selbst putzen. Die Böden hatten schon länger kein Wasser gesehen. Die Schränke, selbst die Bügel, konnten wir erst nach deren Reinigung benutzen. Eines der Bettlaken hatte eine großes Loch. Selbst alle Sitzmöbel haben wir zuvor einer Reinigung unterziehen müssen.
