Absolut empfehlenswert!
Sehr gute Alternative für einen kombinierten Stadt- / Strandurlaub in Valencia. Die beiden breiten Sandstände Malvarosa und Patacona befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus, ebenso die Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in die Stadt. Sehr aufmerksamer und schnell antwortender Vermieter.

Herbst in Valencia
Die Wohnung ist für einen Stadturlaub, den man mit langen Spaziergängen am fabelhaften Stadtstrand oder einigen Badetagen verbinden möchte, ideal. Im November ist es natürlich eher ruhig, aber es haben immer einige der Strandlokale geöffnet, wo man ab 12 Euro bei einem Menu del Dia schon dabei ist. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr schön eingerichtet - die Angaben sind alle korrekt - und liegt auch ideal. Die Bushaltestelle ist 70 m entfernt, um 1,50 Euro fährt man bis ins Altstadtzentrum und am Stand ist man in 3 Minuten. Die Besitzer wohnen zwar in Deutschland, die Familie lebt aber vor Ort und wir bekamen bei einem kleinen Problem mit der Heizung prompte und äußerst freundliche Unterstützung. Einziges kleines Manko - falls es jemand braucht - es gibt nur spanisches TV. Fazit: rundum zu empfehlen!
