Welcome to our vacation home on the beautiful south beach!

We offer a completely renovated, comfortable 34 m² non-smoking holiday apartment with a south-facing balcony and a wonderful panoramic sea view. A combined sunny living / bedroom with high-quality furnishings, double folding bed, comfort sofa bed, modern kitchen and friendly bathroom are waiting for you.

The apartment is for max. Suitable for 4 people and is in a very quiet location right on the Baltic Sea beach. The sheltered south-facing balcony invites you to have breakfast outdoors. The apartment is accessible via an elevator. A separate parking space is available.

We are sure that the unique location, as well as the high quality and cozy furnishings, will contribute to satisfaction and thus to your deserved rest.

Schöne Woche auf Fehmarn
Das Apartment war für 2 Personen absolut empfehlenswert. Küche und Bad richtig schön. Top ist die ausziehbare Arbeitsplatte in der Küche 👍😀. Der Balkon mit dieser Aussicht, perfekt. Bedarf mal einer Grundreinigung. Ansonsten jederzeit gerne wieder ☀️🍻😁

Hervorragend!
Eine schöne kleine, sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung direkt am Südstrand. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen… weder bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung noch an der Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Kein Lärm und ein schöner Balkon. Ich habe meine Auszeit auf Fehmarn sehr genossen und komme gerne wieder.

2 schöne Wochen im Spätsommer
Die Ferienwohnung war für uns perfekt von der Größe und hatte vor allem eine perfekte Ausstattung. Es fehlte einem an nichts. Das große Plus der Wohnung war für uns jedoch der windgeschützte und überdachte Balkon mit dem Meer-/Strandblick. Einen großen Kritikpunkt haben wir allerdings, und das ist das fehlende Wlan! Davon gehe ich eigentlich aus, dass dies heutzutage zum Standard gehört. Das Strand-Wlan hat nur manchmal in eine bestimmte Ecke des Balkons gereicht. Außerdem haben wir einen Briefkastenschlüssel vermisst, da wir uns Abonnement-Post nachsenden ließen. Ansonsten haben wir allerdings einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei meist schönem Wetter auf Fehmarn verbracht

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Die Wohnung liegt in einem renovierten größeren Gebäudekomplex der 70er Jahre, ist aber schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf die Ostsee ist wunderbar, etwas störend sind nur die hässlichen Flachbauten unterhalb des Balkons. Alles in allem aber durchaus empfehlenswert.
