Historic Finca with sea and Teide views, private pool + barbecue, a gem

The guest house is part of a 250 year old manor house, which has been carefully renovated. A private pool is available, an outdoor kitchen and 2 terraces also. On the ground floor of the guest house is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, microwave oven, toaster, fridge-freezer, stove / oven is, among other things, on the first floor a living room with a romantic double bed, large screen TV, shower and toilet. The upper floor is glazed all around.

The house itself is a gem and has been carefully restored with modern technology and equipment.

Washer and dryer are available.

The atmosphere is simply beautiful - on a clear day you can see the island of La Palma. The Teide she welcomes in the morning when you wake up from the bed when the first rays of sunlight illuminate him.

Warm Hearted Hosts and Cosy Lodging
We were greeted very warmly by Irmel and Ronald and given a bottle of wine, some beer as a welcome. Irmel baked incredible goodies and brought them over. As this was our first stay ever on Tenerife, they provided many suggestions for sight seeing, restaurants and events. Watching the monarch’s alight on their flowers in their garden was such a treat. We could see the Teide from our bedroom, and incredible sunsets. We arrived in January which is the winter season, so layers were necessary. The farmhouse is fully stocked and is cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect for access to beautiful historic towns and this is perfect location if you want to sample traditional Canarian fare and take some incredibly beautiful photos. The hosts respected our privacy, and they are so amiable that we found ourselves having wonderful conversations with them and spending memorable moments on their terrace. I highly recommend this lodging to anyone especially a first timer on Tenerife. We hope to return again next year!

Atemberaubende Aussicht!
Highlight war die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer aus! Wir haben stundenlang dort gesessen und nur gestaunt. Teide beim Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang! Der Garten im Innenhof ist aber auch sehr schön. Man teilt ihn mit den sehr netten Besitzern, Irmel und Roland. Sie geben gute Tipps und sind warmherzig.

We love Tenerife-North
La Victoria is a great place to be. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, and a stunning view over the Teide and the ocean. The house is little and charming. The owners Ronald and Irmel are realy nice and made us feel welcome. They live on the property, you are charing the garden with them. If you don’t mind socializing and smokers it’s a perfect stay in Tenerife.

Heerlijk verblijf
We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in het vakantiehuis. Beneden een ruime keuken en boven een woon-/slaapkamer met prachtig uitzicht. Buitenzitjes voor en achter het huis. Mooi groot zwembad. Het huis van Irmel en Ronald is prima uitvalbasis om het eiland te ontdekken. Ook zijn het leuke en vriendelijke mensen die altijd klaar stonden met goede tips. We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit
Ganze 2 Wochen haben wir in Irmels und Ronalds kleinem Paradies verbracht. Schon der Empfang war herzlich und der erste Eindruck des mit reichlich Blumen und Pflanzen bestückten Vorgartens, der regelmäßig von vielen Schmetterlingen besucht wird, ein kleiner Traum. Die Wohnung selbst bietet über 2 Stockwerke für 2 Personen viel Platz und ist u.a. mit Geschirrspüler, großem Herd und vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sehr gut ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen Fernseher mit vielen deutschsprachigen Sendern. Sofern das Wetter mitspielt kann man vom OG aus einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Teide werfen. Sehr gefallen hat uns der rückseitige Außenbereich mit großem Pool und gemütlichen Lounge-Spaces. In Kombination mit den regelmäßig beeindruckenden Sonnenuntergängen haben wir hier viele schöne Stunden verbracht. Die Lage in La Victoria ist für Individualreisende ziemlich gut. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. Wochenmarkt im Nachbarort mit frischen Gemüse und Obst von lokalen Anbietern. Für die Erkundung von Teneriffas Norden und den Bereichen rund um den Teide ist der Ort wegen der zentralen Lage ein prima Ausgangspunkt. Zudem gibt es im näheren Umkreis viele empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Absolutes Highlight war am letzten Tag die Casa Miguel in Caleton. Irmel und Ronald sind super nett und haben uns den ein oder anderen Tipp für eine schöne Tour gegeben. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war am Anfang die Lautstärke des ein oder anderen schwach motorisierten Autos welches sich werktags den Hang hoch kämpfen musste. Allerdings hatten wir da auch sämtliche Fenster offen. Am Wochenende ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Für den nächsten Urlaub auf Teneriffa würden wir gerne wieder bei Irmel und Ronald wohnen.
