The holiday home: Son Cotoner is a spacious house that can accommodate up to eight people. With a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home is perfect for families or groups of friends. The house was newly built with high-quality materials and lovingly furnished to offer you maximum comfort.
Comfortable equipment: The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a spacious dining area and a spacious pantry. The living room invites you to linger with comfortable sofas by the fireplace and an integrated dining area. From here you access the large, covered terrace, which offers a picturesque view of the garden and the 8x4 meter pool. This terrace is a shady paradise in summer where you can spend relaxing hours.
The holiday home is also equipped with modern entertainment electronics, including a music system, a DVD player, German satellite television and WiFi, so you can stay well connected during your stay.Towels for the kitchen, bathroom and pool/beach are also provided so you don't have to worry about anything. For families with small children, we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge.
The environment: One of Son Cotoner's greatest assets is its proximity to the village of Ariany. A supermarket on the same street allows you to easily get your supplies. You will experience the connection to village life while at the same time being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of country life. If you miss the sea, you can reach the coast in just 15 minutes, where you can explore the picturesque beaches and coves of Mallorca.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events) is enough.
