Sail View is a wonderful retreat in St. John, offering a gorgeous view, A/C in the bedrooms and just a short drive to local restaurants and activities. The home is situated on the side of the hill, in a private area, away from other residences.

The outdoor area features three different patios, encouraging your group to socialize and relax outside.

The kitchen contains a Vulcan stove and breakfast bar, creating the perfect setup for in home dining.

With an open floor plan and comfortable living room furniture, everyone can find a spot to relax at the end of the long day at the beach.

Beautiful
This was a beautiful island home. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The location was close to Coral Bay and the quieter side of the island. Communication was great. I read other reviews that said the driveway was challenging, but the driveway and road to the property were in good shape and no more challenging than any other road on St. John.

Beautiful Coral Bay property
The property was beautiful. Private driveway leading up to the house.. Amenities were a plus. Great for adults because of the bedroom situation. We had full access to the entire house. There were two rooms at the bottom. Private entrance. Showers in each and a mini fridge. The main part of the house is an open floor plan with a great stove, fridge, washer, dryer and 1 room. Acces to balcony and view. Communication was great between Karen and I. Directions to the place was a little tricky, once you turned off of Route 10. One downside of the property is the turn from the bottom driveway. Its quite tricky to maneuver. The main road is paved.. Howeber, there is a small dip when turning onto the road. We got the hang of how to maneuver the turn after a day. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!!

Very nice
Sail View is very nice: Pros: Great deck with nice views, quiet area. House is very comfortable with upscale kitchen, comfortable beds, beach towels and chairs included. One person in our party was not able to come and the rental company gave us a refund for that portion of our payment. Cons: The driveway to the house is enough for us to not do a repeat rental of Sail View. We had a Jeep but 3 long areas of the driveway are not paved and it’s such a bumpy ride it can’t be described. I was thinking maybe parts of the driveway were washed out with the hurricane as I didn’t see this mentioned in the property description. Another negative for us is the separate lower bedrooms: they have exterior entry separate from the main house. This didn’t work for us with our 13 year old daughter. The separate entries were described in the listing but we didn’t realize how separate.
