This townhouse is bright and fun, made for relaxing and enjoying family time. The layout makes it perfect for sharing families, as two of the bedrooms have their own ensuites and the third bedroom has its own bathroom too. Br 1 has a king bed and ensuite, Br 2 is a private loft room with queen bed and ensuite and Br 3 has three adorable twin beds (two are a bunk bed and the third is a single) with a bathroom and shower just around the corner. So there is room to share with your friends and family, yet still have privacy for everyone. It is on the ground floor, so no need to haul skis or luggage up the stairs. There is a storage locker just outside the front door for skis, snowboards, and toboggans. The home is very bright and has lovely views of the ski hill especially when it is lit up at night. The patio door leads to a patio with barbecue, table and chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy, with the golf course in the backyard. The village is a short 5 minute walk, and there you will find the excitement of visiting skiers and golfers enjoying the shops and restaurants, there is something for everyone. New plank flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishwasher, new microwave, new dishware, new cutlery, new chef's knives and new T Fal pots and pans as well as all other basic cooking needs including new barbecue tools. Full size washer and dryer are provided as well as ironing board and iron. The gas fireplace is very welcoming. The chairs in the living room all recline. The living room has a large plasma tv with Rogers Plus cable, dvd player, VHS player, as well as a cd player. All bedrooms have cable tv and dvd. There is even an under cabinet cable tv with dvd/cd/radio for the cook(s) in the kitchen! Wifi is fast and free. There are books and games as well as some craft items for the kids, and some magazines and books for adults. Each bathroom provides basic toiletry items and a hair dryer. Hotel linens and towels are provided. Parking is located right outside the unit, so it's easy to bring luggage in and out.
WINTER RENTAL HALF SHARE AVAILABLE: We are too busy with other commitments to enjoy the full winter season. We therefore offer the condo for rent to a family on a rotation of either each 2 weeks for $6800 or each week for $7500. This rate includes utilities and taxes, as well as professional cleaning after each stay and hotel linens, as well as private storage for personal items and equipment. WINTER SKI SEASON HALF SHARE: Your family enjoys use of the condo for two weeks on, two weeks off for the full ski season, December to mid April. Christmas, March Break and other holidays are shared based on a mutually agreeable schedule drawn up in advance. Private storage is provided for personal items and equipment so you don't have to cart gear back and forth. Condo is professionally cleaned. It is always immaculate. Fee includes hotel linens, utilities and taxes. This arrangement is available to a family of maximum 7 people who would like to have use of a ski condo across the street from Blue Mountain Village, but perhaps have other commitments which prevent them from using it every single weekend. Rotation every other weekend also considered at slightly higher cost.

Rates are subject to change until an Occupancy Agreement is signed and the deposit paid. The rental reservation is considered firm once the Occupancy Agreement has been completed and returned to the owner and the first payment is made.
First payment is 50% of total rental rate plus $1000 damage deposit due at booking.
Second payment is the remaining 50% of total rental rate due 30 days prior to booking.
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
As this is a private, quiet family style complex, no loud parties are permitted. No smoking. No pets. Must be 25 years old and over to make a booking.
