Modern Studio executive suite with all the amenities of home. Close to beach, wifi, air-conditioning, cable TV, purified water system, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, fridge, granite countertops, lots of closet space. Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. It boasts a limited ocean view from the large shared patio, which is perfect to have a quiet meal or refreshing drink. Manicured gardens with a running creek and comfortable seating in the garden to relax. In-house gym with elliptical trainers, treadmill, spinning bikes, Pilates equipment and weights, TV and Bose sound dock. Washer and dryer on-site. There is an infinity pool on the roof with lots of comfy seating and a magnificent panoramic view of the ocean.
We first came to live in Puerto Vallarta in 2004 and purchased a townhouse in the Marina area where we lived for six months of the year. Shortly thereafter, we realized that we wanted to be downtown in the heart of Vallarta to enjoy its vibrant atmosphere and tranquil setting. So we sold the property in the Marina and brought this property downtown. We are so happy with our decision.

Oh my goodness, the question has to be why not!!! You can do everything from this location or you can do nothing at all. The suite is comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained.
We, the owners, will be here to check you in and out. If there is something you need, we can help you obtain it. If there are any unforeseen issues with the unit, they can be resolved quickly. In-house fishing and sightseeing charters available on our private boat. Use of the upper levels of the house is included.
Everything is provided. Location is close to Malecon, Bus stop within a block. Great views from pool area with cooking facilities. Made our reservations for next February!
Just returned from a week in the studio apartment. It felt like home the minute we arrived. Rick and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Very quiet and spotlessly clean. We had dinner on the rooftop patio it was so relaxing. We walked through town many times and enjoyed every restaurant we went to. It’s a great family place and we recommend it in a minute.

The property was fabulous. It was clean and well maintained and very quiet. The hosts were very accommodating and were always willing to answer questions and provide recommendations. The common areas were delightful and the views to die for. We could not have been any happier and we will definitely be back.
Although the location and rental itself are good, the owner was less than considerate when we stayed. There was jackhammer noise from construction directly adjacent to our unit every morning, and intermittently throughout the day. Morning coffee, sleeping in, an afternoon nap - none of these were attainable due to the direct banging - and it was ADJACENT - not across the way or 2 doors down. We tried speaking to the owner and asking if we could move to her other building, however she ignored the fact of the situation and offered that we could go to the other building during the day to use the pool area and nap. Just unbelievable. Not a good stay at all.
Three blocks from the Boardwalk (malecon). Close to everything you could ever want. It is a perfect location for whatever you want to do.
