Photos and Description of the Kenilworth vacation studio rental

This Modern Studio Loft Is Perfect For A Romantic Get-Away To Asheville.

Stay in the private guest quarters of this award-winning craftsman home located in an upscale neighborhood of fabulous Asheville. The loft is just a few minutes (or Uber ride) to the South Slope brewery district, downtown and only 1 mile to the Biltmore Estate entrance. We are proud that our guests have given us 5 stars for our luxury loft. Many visitors enjoyed the loft's craftsman architecture and sleek, modern interior design. This property is professionally cleaned from top to bottom. Guests appreciated our 'immaculate' accommodations, "most comfortable bed ever" and "close proximity to downtown."

The loft includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation: central heat/air, mini-fridge, coffee maker, washer/dryer, flat screen cable TV, wireless internet, luxurious linens, local original artwork and comfortable, modern furnishings. Inside the loft you will find a house manual with a list of our favorite local spots. We support local businesses and provide our guests a list of Asheville attractions including restaurants, breweries, art galleries, antique shops, hikes, and bike rides, along with maps and brochures for popular area attractions.

Asheville is a foodie heaven. We are also well-known for our music scene, art galleries, micro-breweries, tailgate markets, European-style restaurants with outdoor patios and antique shops. Unlike a typical hotel, our property provides inside information on the best parts of Asheville, from a local's point-of-view.

Only a short 15 minute drive from our home, the Blue Ridge Parkway offers access to multiple activities for outdoor enthusiasts. Our family regularly spends time in Bent Creek, Mount Mitchell and Pisgah National Forest where we camp, mountain bike, hike and boat. We are always willing to share inside information with our guests about the best spots to visit for outdoor activities.

The loft is located on a quiet street in a historic, upscale neighborhood. Our area is pedestrian friendly and includes multiple parks with playgrounds, soccer fields, tennis courts and basketball courts, all in walking distance.

This property is part of our primary residence, but with a separate entrance for privacy. We provide off-street parking for our guests and a garage for extra storage if needed (for bikes, motorcycles or kayaks etc.). The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of steps, and is thus not wheelchair accessible. This rental is suitable for only two adult guests and a small child.

We look forward to sharing our beloved Asheville with you!
