Your Vacation starts here!
This lovely cottage sits on Cape Cod Bay and a quiet dead end street. A big deck overlooking the ocean and a short walk down the hill to the private family friendly Priscilla Beach --- at low tide the beach is incredible with a great sand bar, wonderful for family activities or just walking and relaxing! On clear days, you can see Provincetown across the Bay/ocean from the deck. Watch the maritime traffic, observe lobster boats right from the deck.

It is about 45 minutes south of Boston, 10 miles to Sagamore Bridge/Cape Cod Canal to Cape Cod. Enjoy historic Plymouth waterfront, Plimouth Plantation, May Flower Ship, the Plymouth Rock, ferry ride to Martha's Vineyard and Cape Cod towns, golf courses, deep sea fishing, whale watching, bars, shops, etc.

It is the perfect location to enjoy historic Plymouth, take day trips to Boston, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket Islands, etc.!

Terrific views!
This is a well equipped and comfortable cottage right on the water. We stayed in the winter and actually enjoyed a winter storm, snug and warm. The birding from the cottage was amazing. We saw over a dozen harlequin ducks as well as a huge flock of cedar wax wings. The cottage is best for a couple with children. It probably wouldn’t be great for 2 couples due to the layout and the size of the second bedroom. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. The location is great although a long walk to the beach as it is not accessible from the property which is on a cliff. The bed is comfortable as are the couches. We would stay here again.

Hard beds and electrical issues
The view was wonderful but much of the house did not have lights that worked. You can hear everything in the bedrooms and privacy was lacking. There was also weird religious decorations in the home.

Ocean Stay
Perfect location to gaze on the ocean, and have everything you need close to hand. House was cozy, but the deck is the place to be. Walk through the neighborhood to a wonderful swimming beach.

Perfect getaway
Stayed with friends while in Plymouth for a wedding. It was a wonderful stay and we didn’t want to leave! The view from the back deck was beautiful. We got up and enjoyed seeing the sunrise both mornings we were there. Nice and quiet location. Walk to beach was nice. I would recommend to bring water shoes or supportive sandals due to the beach being rocky. The cottage had plenty of space. It is an older home but has everything you would need and was clean. We would stay here again.
