Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated throughout. The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area and large bathroom. 3 of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area that seat 8 comfortably. There is a bonus sitting room with a desk and printer for your use, as well as a large mudroom to hang skis and keep winter wear. The backyard has 2 great seating areas and a BBQ. The Urban Trail, which extends for over 50 miles through and around Flagstaff is located 2 houses down and is great for walking, running or biking. Thorpe Park is just 2 blocks away and has tennis, handball, basketball, baseball fields and a dog park. Many music venues are hosted here. The heart of downtown Flagstaff is less than a mile away. The backyard is spacious and private with gas BBQ and lots of seating. We are located in a perfect spot to explore the Grand Canyon or Sedona, ski Snowbowl, visit NAU, or enjoy the unique town and great dining in Flagstaff.

About Nancy Gunderson

Our family of 6 lives in Phoenix and just recently purchased and renovated this home in Flagstaff. We love the Flagstaff area, offering skiing in the winter, and a respite from the hot summers in Phoenix. We are big outdoors people and enjoy all of the hiking and biking opportunities the area offers. We hope to some day retire here, but until then, we want to share it with others.

Nancy Gunderson purchased this house in 2013

Why Nancy Gunderson chose Coconino Estates

We chose this property because it is in a great neighborhood, within a 10 minute walk to downtown and easy access to the Urban Trail. It's also right off of Hwy 180 which makes it a great location for getting to Snow Bowl and the Grand Canyon. We have a son attending NAU and it's a vey easy ride for him to visit us.

Beautiful clean house, quiet. All of the touches of home.

  • 5 of 5

I really can't say enough good things about our experience. It began with Nancy. She is very responsive and helpful. The house is great. Four very large bedrooms with nice bathrooms. The house is clean with all the Comforts of home. There were so many nice touches. Night lights in the hallways and bathrooms, shampoo and soap in the showers as well as hand soap on the sinks in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. This just made it much easier for us as we didn't have to go out and buy things that we would only be using for a few days. There is so much extra bedding and towels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. One great feature is that the TV in the living room and the master bedroom had Netflix which was great for keeping the kids entertained while we were cooking dinner or relaxing in the morning. The house is in a really quiet and safe neighborhood but easily walkable to downtown Flagstaff. There are a lot of nearby hiking and biking trails. I can't recommend this house or our experience with Nancy highly enough

What a Great Home!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here and enjoyed everything about it. The beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities you could want. Spacious and comfortable. The house is much more spacious than the pictures depict. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stay here!!

  • 5 of 5

The house and property are in great condition, location is ideal and all the other positive feedback of others that stayed here before our family is true! We traveled 3,696 miles from home to the Grand Canyon and back in 8 days. Being allowed 2 nights in this home in the middle of our journey most likely kept us sane - or as sane as a 3 generation family doing the trip in 8 days could possibly be... highly encourage families to stay here, being together with plenty of personal space to be apart all in one spot!
