About this property

Time to cool off in sunny Arizona

Fully furnished bungalow available to some happy snowbirds or for those who just have the urge to go golfing. Our house has 3 bedrooms , the master has a king bed and ensuite /the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third a twin . There is an additional bath between the second and third bedroom. All furniture in the dinning/ living room are newer, along with kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. The kitchen cabinets and granite have been updated. All flooring is tile or laminate.
The house is an easy 25 min drive from the phoenix airport, close to many shops, restaurants, golf courses, arrowhead mall, 303 freeway, surprise stadium - home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals, University of Phoenix stadium. We cannot accommodate cats, but will consider small non-shedding dogs.

NOTE: We are unable to rent our vacation home for less than 30 days due to our local HOA bylaws.

Awesome home with beautiful pool and hot tub. Home has everything you need for your stay. Close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and freeways. Host always answered quickly and was very helpful. Wonderful winter get away 😎

This is one of the hardest reviews I’ve ever given mostly because I truly tried to get this settle but with this system, I have to leave a review or not be able to in I believe 14 or so days. I had to leave the home after my puppy became covered with bits all over him. He jumped up from his rug with his tailed tucked, ran across the home right into the front door. I picked him up he was shaking like I’ve never seen him do. Saw the vet $200 dollars later the next day when I received the news about the bites, he was also having to be hand feed but I thought he was just getting finicky with his food, he not go near his food dish by the window in the kitchen and would stay in his kennel all curled up and not come out except to go for a walk. He had no bites on him when we moved in as just had been to the vet/groomer a couple of days before for his yearly/update shot & to be groomed. Only after we moved first night he ate his same food, never went into his kennel until it was time for bed. He totally became his old self. I do not know what kind of bugs you have in your home or what was in your home I just know my dog was bitten badly an his whole demeanor had changed and not for the good... You also stated that if the place got rented in those last days I’m asking to be refunded for you would refund my money that could not happen as you did NOT have the dates open so someone else could rent it. I’m extremely unhappy that we could not come to some agreement on a refund. I do not know how I can be expected to stay and pay for a place that truly unsafe for my puppy Marco and not safe for me as well... having the neighbors tell me about the home being surrounded by police cars they wondered what kind of tenant I was. Marco was home alone at the time... There were other issues which are in our correspondence The emotional drain and stress that this caused has taken a toll on me... I'm just starting to feel better and as stated before wish we could have resolved this matter.
