Our condo has had a complete make over!! From floor to ceiling, we have updated with new flooring, painting & furniture through the unit. Drive into the heated underground parking garage and enjoy the gracious amenities of Base Camp One. Completed in 2009, Base Camp One is one of Colorado's newest ski in/ski out premier mountain residences. Our comfortable walkout residence offers a beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom and 1 1/2 Bath with stone fireplace that is steps away from the main ski/bike lift, swimming pool-hot tub ($10 fee per person, per day for access card to pool area, 8 yrs. age and under free) and fresh mountain air. Fraser river is nearby with gold medal fishing and a Craig Stadler designed Granby (Headwaters) Golf Course. Excellent Lift-Fed Biking/Hiking trails on property (You may park your bikes/Skis right out the back door). Ski and Bike rentals are available seasonally. Rocky Mountain National Park, the Never Summer, Indian Peaks Mountain Range, Lake Granby and Grand Lake are also nearby.
Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and full size washer/dryer in unit. King size bed in master with spacious shower and dual sink. 2 full size bunkbeds in 2nd bedroom across the hall from full bath/shower. Large sitting area in living area. Walk out your back patio for ground level access to the ski lift. Private Wi-Fi, a 60" television and a BBQ grill on the back patio await your visit.
City Market Supermarket is only 2 miles away, located across SR 40 adjacent from the main entrance.
Numerous visitor services are available in the quaint mountain town of Granby, only four miles away. Sulphur Ranger district office is 2.5 miles away off SR 40 before downtown Granby, CO. Winter Park is 16 miles away with numerous summer and winter activities.
The hearth room just down the hall or the gas burning fire pit outside Base Camp provide an easy oasis or gathering after a day of mountain biking, skiing or hiking. This room has a large screen TV, large fireplace, wireless internet, and plenty of luxury seating. The Granby Ranch Grill has a new menu and is a dozen steps away from the back patio. Granby Ranch is a beautiful backdrop for many weddings too!

We love this unit and Base Camp One. Being able to walk right out the back balcony right out to the ski slope is so nice! Very nicely furnished and comfortable. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. This is our third stay here and definitely plan to stay again!

Perfect Location
We stayed in Walter’s condo with our three young kids. The bunk room was just perfect for them. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location simply cannot be beat. It is literally steps from the ski lift. My husband worked for part of the time we were there, and he could see us as we skied down. It made it so easy to take bathroom breaks and go inside for a quick lunch or rest. We came to Granby with 4 other families and liked our unit best. We hope to stay there again next year! If there is anything I’d pick on, it would possibly be the cookware and how well stocked the unit was. I would probably bring my own pots/pans to cook with as well as Tupperware for leftovers next year. The other items we needed to purchase were dish soap/sponge, ziplock bags, and body wash. It’s always difficult to know what will be available at rentals. This was definitely not a big deal.
