What drew me to Park City, along with the exceptional year round activities, is the easy access from the SLC International Airport. Once you have your rental car, it’s about a 30-45 minute drive to Park City. That adds up to incredible access from anywhere in the country!

GREAT PLACE!!

We have rented many condos for our vacation needs. What a pleasant surprise this little place was. First the owner's response was excellent! We asked to get into the condo a little bit early and he was very accommodating. Sent a text promptly with the new code for the front door. Nice basket of chips, salsa, fruit and wine greeted us on the dining room table. Just a nice touch! The condo kitchen ( a bit small) but had everything ( and more) that was needed. Bed was a bit hard for our taste, but the sheets were oh so soft!! The only negative is that you CAN hear Route 80 from the bedroom.... I had no problem sleeping ( nothing keeps me awake) , my husband is a light sleeper. I would suggest bringing ear plugs if noise is an issue. Great stay overall!!!

Great condo across from all Kimball offers, close to skiing & Park City

We really enjoyed the beautifully remodeled, comfortable condo with everything we needed for our weeks stay. Steven was very prompt responding to any questions we had. A great host.

Close to perfect

We recently stayed at Steven's condo for a 4 day ski vacation and chose it based on the positive reviews and proximity to the mountains. The condo was well kept as described and Steven's welcome basket was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, we likely would not have stayed here had we known the the hot tub was going to be broken during our entire stay. Additionally, the road noise and the neighbors above us created a fair amount of noise which was a bit distracting at times. All in all, this was a fair place to stay and the negatives were out of Steven's control, but kept this from being a perfect vrbo experience.

Owner's Response: Hi Matt, sorry to hear that your stay at my condo wasn't the best experience. The HOA didn't inform the owners that there was a problem with the hot tub, and unfortunately it took about 2 weeks to get repaired, as they had to replace several components. As stated in your review, I don't have control over breakdowns and related maintenance issues in common areas of the property, but I have voiced my disappointment to the HOA regarding the lengthly repair. Hopefully there won't be further problems with the hot tub for a long time.

Everything you need!

Steve has thought of everything with his condo in Kimball Junction! It’s meticulously clean and organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our ski weekend. The location is excellent, right next to the outlet mall, walking trail, shuttle pick up, grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed cozy nights by the fireplace after cooking dinner in the updated kitchen. Steve spared no expense with this place!

Very clean and well appointed property

Located about 15 minute drive from Park City base area, this condo is close to shopping and restaurants near I-80 junction. I have stayed at a good number of VRBO and this was one of the best. Everything was clean and in good repair in the unit and although close to the freeway, it wasnt noisy for sleeping. New appliances, lots of supplies, condiments, etc. I didn’t do any cooking but there were plenty of utensils and dishes. Comfortable furnishings, gas fireplace, covered parking, washer dryer, Bluetooth music player, etc. Everything that was advertised plus a nice welcome/hospitality basket. The only issue I could pick on was that the hot tub was down for mtce when I was there. I would rent again for sure.
