There's room for the whole family and dogs at this Sunriver vacation home! Set on the first fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course, this home offers great views from a private deck and numerous resort amenities, including 12 SHARC passes and a private hot tub.

Sunriver is a family friendly resort community located in the stunning Oregon high desert. With amenities like horseback riding, swimming pools, miles of paved trails, and world-class golf courses, it's no wonder that the resort is such a popular family destination!

Inside the home, you'll have a bright and airy atmosphere to call your home base. In the living room, there's a wall-mounted, flat screen TV with cable, a surround sound stereo system, and WiFi all for entertainment. The kitchen has all the basics for your vacation meals, and there's even ample seating.

Right off the living room and dining areas is a large deck overlooking the golf course. On nice evenings, fire up the gas grill for a steak and vegetable skewer dinner.

This home will comfortably sleep 12 guests among five bedrooms: two of the bedrooms are equipped with twin-over-full bunk beds, three others each have a king sized bed. Two of the king rooms even have their own have deck or balcony access! Additionally, there are three full bathrooms, including a Jacuzzi tub and a private sauna.

Two dogs are welcome to come along, and amenities also include a washer and dryer, as well as a ping pong and foosball table. Everyone in your group will find something to entertainment them here.

While this home is right on the Woodlands Golf Course, the resort also boasts the Meadows course, both offering challenging play against a scenic, high desert backdrop. You'll also have horseback riding and sleigh rides around the holidays, miles of paved trails for biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, or just walking the dogs. The Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) has outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, two water slides, and more.

For a memorable family vacation or a getaway with friends, this comfortable five bedroom Sunriver home has it all! A great location within the resort, amazing amenities, and it has an easy commute to skiing, shopping in nearby Bend, or just exploring beautiful Central Oregon.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
