Welcome to Coral Bay Village, your beachfront paradise. Located right on a secluded beautiful white sand beach, close enough to Georgetown and the airport for your convenience, but far enough to enjoy the quiet and beauty without the crowds and rowdiness of seven mile beach. For less than the price of a reasonable hotel room you can enjoy a two bedroom condo with a full kitchen and plenty of space, beautiful grounds and a stunning white sand beach that will feel like its all your own.

Relax on a lounge chair under a palm tree and listen to the gentle waves lapping on the virtually private beach. When looking for activity, grab your tennis racket and play a few games on our newly resurfaced tennis court, or take a dip in our pool. Adventure awaits right off our beach. Bring your snorkeling gear--snorkel right off our beach and see many different types of fish and coral, and sea turtles! Our reef protected area is a popular feeding ground for sea turtles, and while many are timid and stay away from snorkelers, some are curious and let you swim above or along beside them.

Cayman is famous for scuba diving, and our central location is perfect for heading out in a different direction each day to explore new dive sites. If you are not a certified diver, but have always wanted to dive let me know and i can recommend a training center for certification, or a place where you can take an introductory course and do a same day 'resort dive'. If you enjoy fishing, there is a pier just down the beach so bring your gear.

Coral bay village is a complex of 30 units, spread out over 4 buildings. We are on the second floor of a 2 story building, with direct beachfront views. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home, with one bedroom on the main floor and one loft bedroom. The 1300 square foot condo has vaulted ceilings in the living room area and glass doors out to the patio. Amenities such as groceries, liquor store, bank, etc are about 1.5 miles away, and you have a reserved parking space right outside the unit.

We have a property manager to assist with check in/check out and any problems that may occur during your stay to ensure a stress free holiday. In addition to bath towels, we have plenty of beach towels for your use, so no need to waste suitcase space on packing your own .Our condominium has been inspected by the department of tourism and is a non-smoking unit for your health.

We have high quality mattresses and designer sheets for your comfort.

New easy slide patio doors, New complete AC system including new air handling system and new ducts. Pack n Play Playard provided also

**New Nov 2016: rollaway cot in the loft has been replaced with Bunk beds with very nice mattresses.

**New Nov 2017: New living room furniture, New larger kitchen island with breakfast bar

We are Canadians, we live in Ottawa, Ontario. We love to spend as much time as possible in the Caribbean! We have bounced around the Caribbean a bit, and had properties in the Bahamas and Dominican Republic, and each had their drawbacks. We have settled in Cayman for the combination of reliable weather, year round warm water, low crime, safety, and the abundance of diving and snorkeling sites.

We chose our condo in Coral Bay Village for several reasons: We were looking for direct beachfront, but prefer quiet areas. We wanted to be able to grab our masks and jump in the water without having to drive anywhere. We like that the restaurants and services of Georgetown are close enough to be convenient. yet far enough away to truly enjoy the quiet sounds of the ocean. We also enjoy tennis, and the newly surfaced court is top quality.

What makes this condo unique

Direct beachfront is what we cherish about this property. So many 'beachfront' properties are second row, third row, side view etc. We love that we can sit on our lanai and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Speaking of our lanai, it is very private. Even though in a condo you have neighbours in close proximity, with the walls of the lanai we have fully privacy sitting outside, something we value. The reef protected waters off our beach are a popular feeding / breeding area for sea turtles, which makes this the best spot on the island for seeing turtles in their nature habitat.

Wonderful stay... PARADISE!

Tom's condo was wonderful and exactly as described. We had the most peaceful and relaxing time, the condo was perfect and literally steps to the beautiful beach. We felt like we were on our private beach, sharing it with only 8 to10 other people (some guests/permanent residents). The beach was truly paradise with beautiful white sand. We enjoyed snorkeling right in front of the condo.The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet.The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, the living room was nice and cozy, the kitchen was equipped with everything one might need, to even make a full course dinner. The grocery store, liquor/wine/beer store and pharmacy was 1 mile down the road. I would highly recommend renting a car to get around and explore the island. George Town, as well as the airport is about a fifteen minute drive. We had wonderful meals at Ristorante Pappagallo, The Wharf, Guy Harvey's and Guy Harvey's Crudo (located downstairs in the bar) and Casanova by The Sea.

Jennifer, the property manager was very sweet, she met us at the condo with the keys and was very informative.

Great stay at a great place

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this fantastic condo. The pictures don't do it justice. I don't know how long we ended up just sitting on the lounge chairs on the beach, but it was quite a good chunk of time.

Be aware that the condo is somewhat isolated so that you'll definitely want a car. That being said, a full service grocery and liquor store are a very short drive away. One night, we even got Domino's delivery.

Would without hesitation recommend this condo to anyone visiting Grand Cayman. Everything from communication to payment to check in to leaving was very smooth.

We love CBV. Perfect getaway right on the beach. Peaceful and quiet. Tom’s place is very nice. Extremely well equipped condo. We will definitely return to this property the next time we visit Grand Cayman. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing!! Great snorkeling 😊? The property was clean. A little older than we expected but was clean and welcoming.

Loved that we had our own beach, and could snorkel to our hearts content off the beach. It was a quiet area and we we're close to many amenities. Definitely will come here again.

Great island, great condo and beach.

The condo worked out great. We love Spotts Beach versus Seven Mile due to it being much quieter. Waters were very rough in Georgetown so cruise ships off loader passengers nearby but it was not a problem. We will be back.
