The condo is located directly in the pedestrian village behind the Marriott Hotel. It's steps from the local restaurants and activities but shielded from the late night noise by the Marriott.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BOOKING A RESERVATION INDICATES THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

By booking your reservation and providing your deposit you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of our booking and rental agreement. The individual making the reservation and submitting the deposit, herein called Guest, are responsible for all guests, damages and other terms set out in this agreement.

Rental Rate and Fees

a. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date. A $300 damage deposit is required 48 hours prior to arrival and, if there is no damage to the unit, will be refunded within 7 days of departure.

b. If the premise appears dirty or damaged upon check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. You may cancel your booking 30 days prior to check-in. Your deposit will not be refunded.

b. We, the owners, understand that sometimes life gets in the way. We, will work with you in an attempt to re-book your reservation; however, this is not guaranteed and should not be expected during peak weeks such as Christmas, school breaks and IronMan.

c. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four/all wheel drive during the snow months. We do not refund due to road or other weather related conditions.

d. Should the owners have to terminate your rental agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, fire, flood, irreparable damage, the owners will refund your payment in it’s entirety.

Hated to leave; wonderful property

Rami D. must have be smoking something. I have been to Tremblant 5-6 times over the last 20 years and this is the best place that we have ever stayed. Warning: Do not go to the grocery store until you check out what is already in the cabinets and refrigerator. It is really move in ready. It is a short walk to the Cabriolet and to the Village itself. It is an end unit and was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. This condo is located in one of the oldest complexes at Tremblant. On our first visit here it showed it. But when we opened the door to the condo, it was amazing; heated floors (controlled in each room); great seating and a fully stocked kitchen. They have recently replaced all of the windows and stairs and porches. If I could, I would rate this condo a 10 instead of a 5. We would absolutely come back.

Wonderful accommodations with well thought out details in an excellent location on the mountain

Three of us stayed at this home for a wonderful getaway to enjoy hiking, snowshoeing and skiing. Carolyn and Tim truly thought of every detail to make it a most enjoyable stay. The location is perfect for ski in and ski out as well as proximity to restaurants and shopping in the village. It is close to everything yet quiet at the same time. There is excellent use of all of the space and it was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We are definitely looking forward to returning next year. Thank you, Carolyn and Tim for sharing your home.

Great location and very well equipped

We had everything we needed in this condo. The location was just down the ski path from the gondola which enabled us to come back for lunch and to check in with our dogs. The bed was very comfortable with great linens and the kitchen was fully equipped. All in all, a great little place to stay while enjoying the skiing at Tremblant. I would gladly return to this location.

About Tim and Carolyn McLean

Although we live in Ottawa, we have been in the Tremblant area for 13 years. We are avid skiers (both downhill and cross country) and have both completed IronMan races. We love Mont Tremblant and understand how it ticks. We're looking forward to building a client base of friendly people who just enjoy the serenity of getting away for a while. Why Tim and Carolyn McLean chose Village Pietonnier

In the pedestrian village but far enough away from the bars to not have any noise. Check out the details about the kitchen. Steps from the pool/gym/hot tub (not included in price).

What makes this condo unique

Most rental properties with full kitchens require you to bring all of the ingredients that you require to cook with. This leaves you having to pack everything but the kitchen sink or cooking with minimal ingredients. If you like to cook this is the condo for you.

For years we have rented to people with our kitchen stocked with all of the regular amenities (coffee/tea, spices, condiments, oils, vinegars, maple syrup, peanut butter/jam are supplied) We work on the honour system that if you run out of something you replace it with equal or better quality. This works for the benefit of everyone who plan on cooking while you're there. It saves space in your vehicle and prevents duplicates and triplicates in the cupboards.

Carolyn was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any email enquiries before and during my stay. The condo was exactly as described. Beautiful condo in a beautiful location!! Very well stocked with those cooking essentials which meant not having to buy for example a whole bottle of oil to use twice and then throw away. Everything in the condo is of high quality!! The location to the pedestrian village is extremely convenient. I stayed in the condo for the 70.3 Worlds. Prime location metres to the transition and village area. I would highly recommend Carolyn's condo to anyone thinking of staying in the stunning village of Mont Tremblant! Thanks!!
