The House
Our beautiful home offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large gourmet kitchen, and a beautiful covered lanai with space for outdoor dining. The lanai is surrounded by tropical landscaping to provide a secluded environment for relaxation and privacy from the neighbors.
The master bedroom is outfitted with a king mattress and a private bath with two sinks and a large walk in closet. The guest room has a queen bed and a private full bath as well.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and everything your cooking needs might require. If there is anything that you need while vacationing with us that is not already provided, please let us know and we will happily fulfill your requests.
Family Friendly
Our property is a perfect place for families! One of Puamana's 3 pools is located just steps from our lanai. (The pool is gated so theres no need to worry about your little ones going for a swim without you) There is a swing set close by and plenty of open green space to play games. The streets are quiet and safe.. usually dominated by bicycles rather than cars. With an enforced speed limit of 10mph, you can relax and know that your children are safe.
A Tropical Paradise
The unique neighborhood of Puamana will take you back in time...the quiet streets are perfectly landscaped. Banyan trees sprawl around the clubhouse and plumeria trees shower the streets with their flowers. Depending on the season you can also find mangos, bananas, avocados, citrus, papaya and more!
From December through April you can even watch Humpback Whales swim and play just off the shore.
Recreation
Puamana has 3 pools to fit all of your needs. The mountain pool, for active enjoyment, is located directly behind our property. The Dolphin Pool is the children's pool (a perfect place to play!) and the Ocean Pool is the quiet pool. Located directly over the clear blue pacific, the Ocean Pool is a perfect place to swim, lounge, and relax with the sound of the waves.
There is a tennis court, badminton court, a children's playground, recreation areas, and a private beach.
Location
Puamana is located at the south end of Lahaina's Front Street (about 1 mile). Walking distance to shops, restaurants, art galleries and the Lahaina Harbor, our central location can't be beat.

Thanks for your interest in our property. We purchased our unit in October 2013 and we couldn't be happier. We live in Gulf Shores, AL and our daughter and son in law (Libby and Cavin Erickson) manage our rental for us. They live near Puamana, so they are available to help with any questions that you might have. We come to visit as often as possible, but since we can't be there full time we are happy to share our home with you! It is in a great location, private and tucked away in a peaceful corner in Puamana, yet we are only a short walk from the beach access and ocean pool. We love our home and know that you will too!

Puamana is a very special place. It is a gated 30 acre oceanfront community on the south end of Lahaina town.
My daughter and I stayed in the “Tropical Puamana Hideawy” in Lahaina, Maui. When we entered the condo we were very happy!!! Clean, spacious and decor was pleasant and gave us a comfortable feeling of a home away from home!!! Loved the location, close by everything, we had other family members staying in the same condo complex and was able to walk to each and everyone of our family condos. We were there for a destination wedding at the time and enjoyed our stay immensely.
The condo was extremely close to the pool. And a convenient walk to the beach. Puamana location has some amazing sunsets at night for all to enjoy!!! I would highly recommend this condo for an amazing stay in Maui.❤️ 🌴?

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great, the amenities were wonderful and our hosts Calvin and Libby were truly service oriented. All the amenities from home and more were available to us, the three pools and beach access made our first trip to Lahaina a fantastic family vacation.

Outstanding condo - in an outstanding community. Within walking distance or a short bike ride to town (Lahaina). If you go down by the water this time of year will be see multiple whales passing by. This unit is FULLY furnished with anything/everything you will need to save a few $$ cooking at home. Local Safeway supermarket is within a short drive. Good selection and price
reasonable when you consider where you are. We only spent 5 nights and would definitely consider coming back to this unit. Owner is very responsive if you need his assistance. Everything is top notch. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here. :)
We stayed here from 1/28/17 to 2/3/17. The house was great. It had everything we needed. It was in the back of this complex by within easy walking distance to the clubhouse and the water. Noise didn't bother us. It was a real nice place to stay. Small guest bedroom and bath but good sized master and bath. Pool was just outside the house.
Condo had everything you need for a short or long stay in Lahaina. We enjoyed the location being minutes from downtown but enough distance away from hussle and bustle.
Had an issue with microwave and Cavin was at condo in minutes.
Nicely decorated and comfortable.
