Overview

About the property

This 700 Sq. Ft. Recently Renovated Loft, With Buckets Of Charm, Sleeps Up To 4.

Staying here is like staying in a luxury hotel, except you will have more space, more privacy, and more amenities. This place is a gem, located within a quiet, mostly residential condominium building that was built in the 1800s and completely renovated a few years back. Extra high ceilings and exposed brick walls make this place one of the most charming and unique accommodations you'll find anywhere.

Tastefully appointed with furnishings and decor that make it feel like home, but more fun. This condo has a music theme because, after all, you are in Music City. Very comfortable, yet polished, and quite user-friendly. The full kitchen is well-equipped, with everything from cookware, to a blender, to a coffee maker, to a toaster, to storage containers for your leftovers. If you need it for cooking, it's likely in this kitchen. A dishwasher does the clean-up for you, so you can relax during your vacation.

The loft bedroom has half-walls all the way around the king-size, 18-inch, pillow-top bed. You won't believe how comfortable this bed is, and there are four pillows so you can choose your firmness. You can watch the 32-inch TV right from the comfort of your bed, after a long day of exploring all that Nashville has to offer, of course.

In the living room, there is a 50-inch flat-screen plasma TV with basic cable plus HBO, along with a DVD player and a selection of movies for children and adults. There is also a dining table and counter seating, enough seating for four people. If you can pull yourself away from the dozens of attractions that are literally steps away, you can cozy up next to the electric fireplace, and watch a good movie or read a book. There are three tall windows on one wall, with an atrium view, to let in natural light.

Also in the living room is plenty of space to put the top-of-the-line, double-high, memory-foam-topped, queen-size inflatable bed with a built-in pump. Full linens and pillows are available for this extra bed, which is a great place to put the kids, or some friends, during your stay.

In keeping with the upscale theme, the bathroom is newly updated. The shower has tiled walls, glass doors, and three shower heads, one of them being a rain shower, which rains down from above. Plenty of plush towels and rugs to warm the floor offer some of the comforts of home. An elevator makes it easy to load in and out.

We really enjoy this place for so many reasons, and we hope you will, too. If you need more space than this downtown loft can offer, please check out our other property at vrbo 629001.

About Lindsay Vaughn

We are Nashville natives, but we've lived in a few other states and traveled a lot. Nashville is home sweet home, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is a very fun city with big-city amenities and small-town charm. We've used vrbo for our own travel needs, and we decided to give hosting a try.

Why Lindsay Vaughn chose Downtown

We love this condo for so many reasons, and we think you will, too. There is no better location in Nashville. Second Avenue and Broadway is the most happening spot in Nashville, and owning a property here is a life-long dream come true. This loft is loaded with charm, and it's more spacious than a hotel room, but still cozy and warm.

What makes this condo unique

This loft is in a historical building with beautiful exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and a remodeled bathroom and kitchen. The river is right outside your back door, and hundreds of Nashville's best bars and restaurants surround this property. If you are looking for a quiet, charming, fun, centrally located, home-style accommodation for your Nashville vacation, you have found it here.

Great stay in downtown.

  • 4 of 5

Great place. The location, bathroom, kitchen, and "bedroom" loft were great. Bed was on the soft side (could be a positive), only basic cable was offered, and it was a bit dark.

Location Location Location .... Could not ask for any more

  • 5 of 5

Our stay during CMA Music Fest was outstanding. This place's location was ideal. With the weather being 90 degrees, we had a place to cool down and recharge. Able to walk to all events we planned. As advertised no need for a car. We parked the car Wednesday night and never used it until the following Monday morning. This place was AWESOME.

Amazing

  • 5 of 5

Thank you Lindsay for amazing place . If you are visiting lower Broadway this is the place to stay. The location is a block from broadway, and walking distance to everything in downtown area. The parking pass is a plus. My only complaint which really isn't one is the place is a little dark. Could use some brighter bulbs. There is everything you need soap, shampoo and plenty of towels. Their is also a Keurig machine which is not in the details. The owners are very quick to respond. I would recommend this place to anyone, and looking forward to our next stay here.

Great Location

  • 5 of 5

This place is just a block from live music on 2nd Avenue and a block and a half to lower Broadway. Painters Alley is a block or two away as well as a small grocery store just up Church Street. There is also a Hooters next door if you want to have a quiet drink or meal and watch sports. We had a great stay!

great location to relax

  • 4 of 5

Location is excellent and very close to all the downtown Nashville action with easy access. property is casual and easy place to rest your feet during day or night. Very nice workable kitchen if have plans to eat "at home." generally dark as windows look into inside atrium and lighting is minimalistic (maybe there were too many bulbs out). Not a good place if its a work-vacation as the only place to work is at kitchen counter and stools are uncomfortable and kitchen lighting is poor.

Semi-loft bedroom is nice, but as expected is not private from rest of apartment. Shower is unique and narrow. Takes a little getting use to the variety of handles and controls, and confidence that its not coming off the wall. Rain shower has nice water pressure and temperature. Provided ample towels and bath soaps and shampoos.

Perfect Location and Great Owner

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location can't be beat if you want to be near downtown Nashville. It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go, and we always felt safe. We had one minor issue (because life happens!), but the owner responded promptly to our text message.

The property was clean and well cared for.

We would happily stay at this property again.
