On third floor with a veranda ( only 4 apts by floor ).There are all kitchen utensils: plates, cups, saucers, pans, water glasses, wine glasses and cutlery. There are also iron, ironing board and water purifier. Living room, balcony.Family building with elevator and car parking. It has washing machine, clothes of bed and bath ,carpet steam clothes , dryer of hair ,bathroom and maid´s quarters.The apartment is equipped with a new Plasma 32´´ TV ( lcd full HD ) in the living room.Doorman working 24-hours. Perfect to live. It's a great option for those travellers searching for budget accomodation for a longer period

Apartamento incrível, lindo, super confortável e luxuoso O edifício possui Portaria 24 horas, com porteiros extremamente gentis e atenciosos. Imóvel bem limpo, camas confortáveis, excelente estrutura. A cozinha é muito bem equipada, o que nos proporcionou ótimas refeições durante a estadia.
