Amenities include a beautiful kitchen with new appliances, a washer - dryer in the apartment and a refrigerator, central heating and air-conditioning.

5. Is there a TV in the apartment and if so why don't the pictures show it?

There is a 55' TV in the apartment which we installed last November. The pictures are from the last summer and we haven't updated them yet.

6. Is it a safe neighborhood? Well, we bought the apartment to live there (with our 2 year old daughter). We would not have paid an arm and a leg if we didn't think it was safe.

7. Is the apartment noisy? The apartment is on the 6th floor and it has double pane windows. That is the best we can provide and it has worked pretty well for most people who have visited us. That said, Manhattan is full of people and sounds. So if you are seeking meditative quietness, I wouldn't recommend Manhattan as a top pic.

Not A Luxury Building, Or Unit, But Adequate

We had a number of small and one large issue with the unit, but without exception, all of them were remedied punctually! Gracious accommodation was made for us for our unusual arrival and departure times. Upon arrival, Michael, the manager, gave us a very complete tour of the unit and its ammenities. Sam, the owner, facilitated all the issues that needed remedial attention. Can't say enough good things about those two men.

Best stay we have ever had!

Absolutely the best stay my family has ever had. Owners took great care of us throughout our stay. Were responsive and attentive to our every need! Location can't be beat. Steps to the subway and access to all of Manhattan! Gorgeous apartment with AC, W/D, modern updated kitchen and balcony. Great neighborhood with eateries and markets. Really enjoyed feeling like a local. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you for making our summer so memorable! We will be back for sure!!

My sister and I decided to visit NYC along with my children who are two young adults. It was a beautiful experience. Effecting payment was securely done and Sam was very professional. He handed us over to Mr Mike who was gracious and patient. He waited up for us to arrive and gave us useful tips. The apartment was great and sparkling clean. The location was very convenient with the many supermarkets like 7/11, Mexican and Afro Caribbean restaurants as well as the post office and lovely Nail studios around. We noticed there were no microwave and kettle in the flat but they were immediately provided by the Managment. The subway was nearby though we used only the yellow cabs. Location was safe so we were able to go out very late to places like Time Square and come back anytime. The kitchen was well equipped and the refrigerator was really big and lovely. The two bedrooms had nice views of the street and the bathrooms were very clean. It was a cozy apartment. We will definitely stay in there next year and have recommended it to our friends.

Great Experience

The apartment was great and we enjoyed being away from chaos of Time Square this trip. Michael was great at getting us settled when we arrived, and accommodated a little later check-out for our flight schedule. The building is fairly new, so it was great to have building/elevator security, air conditioning and up-to-date bathrooms. The apartment was a little further uptown than we've experienced before, but the subway made our trips to the theatre district convenient enough. We ate most dinners downtown, though we did find a few nice restaurants and/or coffee shops closer to 96th on Madison, which offered a nice walk each way. Though, I would recommend visiting the Mexican restaurant next door for dinner or a nightcap at least once -- the place has a nice vibe.

New York apartment in East Harlem

Recently my husband and I along with our two sons (late teens and twenties) had a wonderful getaway in New York. We really enjoyed staying in East Harlem.

It is located close to Central Park and Museum Mile. There is a subway at the end of the block.

The interior was airy bright and spacious. It was very well equipped with cutlery, linen etc..Wi-fi is included.Also a little balcony with a decent view (6th floor).

When we arrived we were met by a man from the management company who was most welcoming and helpful. We could contact him if we needed help or had questions during our stay.

Next door is a great supermarket and a visit to the Lexington Social, across the road is a must. No shortage of restaurants in the are. Just the ticket after a busy day downtown.

I would highly recommend the apartment. I usually stay in a hotel, but an apartment is far more relaxing.
