Welcome to our non-smoking home in the Knolls area of Power Ranch - a quiet and safe neighbourhood with miles of walking trails, several community pools, two catch and release fishing lakes, tennis and basketball courts. We are minutes away from golf and the vibrant San Tan Village outdoor mall, a truly special shopping and dining experience for every taste.
Our neighbourhood is unique in that the double attached garages are at the back of the homes, providing esthetically pleasing and walkable streetscapes. The home itself fronts and sides green space, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The green space next to us, restricted to Knolls residents and guests, has a playground, pool and hot tub for your use and enjoyment.
Our home is a 1700 square foot, 2 bedroom + den bungalow with split master plan, 2 1/2 baths and separate laundry room. It is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings throughout. Ceiling fans have been installed in the living room and all bedrooms, providing an extra level of comfort when used with or without the a/c system.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, wall mounted 50 inch TV, walk-in closet and ensuite with oversize shower, double vanities and separate make-up centre. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the den is furnished with a daybed and trundle.
The open concept kitchen is a cook's delight, with expansive rich granite countertops, plenty of cupboard space and black appliances including gas stove, over the range microwave, built-in dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.
Relax in total comfort in our indoor/outdoor living space. A magnificent 15 foot disappearing wall of glass allows the outdoors in, with the kitchen/dining area seamlessly flowing out to the large private patio and courtyard beyond. The living room, with comfortable leather furnishings, is a great place to kick back and catch a game or movie on the large screen TV.

She and my aunt LOVED your home!! They thought it was very neat, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. They loved your large screen TV and really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio on your Martha Stewart lounge chairs. They had a lovely time. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house and took advantage of walking/biking trails, as well as heated pool and hot tub. Wendy was wonderful to deal with. We will return!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in February and March at our favorite home away from home. As always, we were in complete comfort and able to host family and friends with all the expected amenities. We love the new additions of a gas grill and second large screen TV, not to mention a new rug in the living area. We continue to echo the positive comments we made in our previous reviews, because nothing has changed. Thank you Wendy and Greg for helping us experience another wonderful vacation. We love it here!
Would have brought more towels and hand cloths if would have known that there were only one set per person. When doing laundry there were know towels to wipe hands! Other than that, excellent place to stay!
This was our first experience, and it did not disappoint. This property was minutes from the Mesa airport, groceries, and the mall. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood, it was clean, and beautifully decorated. We will stay again.
my wife and I have travelled the world and this holiday home rates the best we have ever stayed in . its an absolute dream of a place with the location in easy distance to three large shopping malls and eating houses
