Wonderful experience!

  • 5 of 5

This was an exceptional place to stay. The owners are quick to respond and make sure everything is good. They have a fully equipped kitchen that includes a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent etc is included. It was nice and quiet, but close to town. They let us check out late because out plane was flying out late. I would highly recommend. I will stay here again on my next visit!

What a gem!

  • 5 of 5

This location is ideal if your looking to venture to the amazing places that the Fairbanks area has to offer. From viewing the Aurora Borealis to spectacular snowmobiling, Arctic Fox is the perfect place! Not to mention that this cozy abode is stocked with just about everything one could hope for when traveling. The owners are AMAZING, and made our stay feel like we were home. Thank you, Tina!

Everything you need!

  • 5 of 5

The space is downstairs in a fully finished basement that is completely separate from the couple that owns the house, and includes a dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and living space. It's plenty big for two people and has literally everything you need. It's a great location as well being within 15 min probably of Fairbanks, but only if you have a car (I can't imagine anyone really doing much walking about in downtown Fairbanks when it's -20 outside). We did have a car so it was fine, and we were able to catch our only view of the Northern Lights just down the road. Our hosts Eric and Tina were very accommodating and offered suggestions and heads up that greatly improved our trip. We never met them in person (our doing not theirs), and they were great about communicating via text. The only downside I'd say is the lack of windows (there are two placed high up), but in the dead of winter that didn't make a huge difference anyway. We stayed over Christmas vacation and were very comfortable in the Arctic Fox Stay! Thank you Eric and Tina!

Search no farther! This has it all!

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect location for my stay and Tina and Eric were exceptional hosts! The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for in a home away from home. It was very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable. The location was ideal for access to Fairbanks, military installations, and outdoor recreation activities - everything I was hoping for. A quiet, spacious setting. Tina and Eric are kind and gracious. They helped me find local activities and had tips for adventures near and far, as well as being solicitous of my comfort and well-being during my stay. I arrived later than expected because of a flight delay. Tina made sure there was coffee and juice in the apartment and she stayed up late to make sure I got in okay. She even set out a mug and tea for me! The apartment was clean with nice, modern furnishings. I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was, how nice the accommodations were, and how friendly the hosts! Book now - you won't regret it! I'd recommend it for anyone and plan to come back. I'd plan my trip around their availability. Five stars!
