The Symphony homes located in the Whistler Village North, private small complex, well maintained and right next to valley trail and tennis club yet 2 minute from main village stroll and all the shops, about 12 minutes walk to ski lifts., or take free shuttle #4 across the street. Lost Lake is close by for summer fun, just follow the trail. This home is a townhouse with three levels, SO THERE ARE STAIRS, very clean, corner unit, 1,143 sq feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has 2 adult size bunk beds. Multiple decks, you see trees from every window, common hot tub, 2 PARKING NUMBERS 67 and 68, bike storage area in parking underground.

The height of the entrance to the garage is about 6'8".

This home has everything you need in the kitchen and in the rooms and bathrooms, just like at home.Basic Cable,high speed internet, phone and 2 TV, iPod doc, in-suite washer/dryer.

A garbage container is available at the entrance to the underground parking for the convenience of the guests.

Summer time: The trails to the lakes right outside my place. The closest lake is Lost Lake and it is about 15-20 min walk on beautiful trail or short bike ride. All trails are connected and will lead you around lakes, it is beautiful there in summer.

The main gondola at the base of the Whistler mountain is open in summer and it takes you to the top where you can also take Peak to Peak gondola. Gondolas are within walking distance from my townhouse.

This property is very nice and very well maintained. Also it is away from traffic and night life noise yet just behind Market Place and village stroll. It has lots of space for friends and family to relax.

What makes this townhome unique

2 Free Parking spots, 3 full bathrooms makes it very convenient for everyone, plus one of the bedrooms has 2 bank beds. The complex itself is very clean, well maintained and small, so you don't need to take time looking for it, just very easy to get to it.

A very comfortable townhouse

We had more than enough room for 5 adults and a dog on our Spring weekend in Whistler. We were able to walk to everything: shopping, the market and even Lost Lake

There are stairs to manage when you enter the townhouse but it is in the mountains....we seemed to be climbing everywhere. Everything was as advertised.

Nataly was very helpful and quick to respond.

We would not hesitate to return or refer this property to friends.

Great apartment

We stayed in this apartment for a 1 week skiing holiday for myself, my wife and our 3 grown up children.

The location although the opposite end of the village from the lifts, was not a problem as the shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, and runs every 15 mins.

The facilities in the apartment are excellent, with a washing machine and dryer for clothes, dishwasher and full cooking facilities in needed. Three good sized bedrooms.

All in all we had a fantastic week, and would recommend wholeheartedly.

Second Year in a Row

This is the second year in a row we have rented this condo. The location is great - close to shopping and the stroll but far enough off the beaten path to be very quit at night. It is also very close to the free shuttle bus to the lifts. The condo is nice with a good layout and three reasonably sized bedrooms. This year there was a new square dining table with stools which seems a bit large as it takes up a lot of space in the common area but overall still a great condo. Will book again if available.

Great place

It’s a great condo. Easy walk to the village, you don’t need a car. 3 complete bathrooms and a nice fireplace. Complete kitchen. The only negative point is the hot water, it can run out, you need to be careful, but overall a great place.

The unit @Symphony 48:cozy, conveniently located to Whistler Village and has a nice outdoor hot tub

Overall, we enjoyed our stay (6 people) and would recommend this unit as long as you are OK with 2 flights of stairs, fairly small rooms. It’s not fancy, but clean and economic for group of 4-8. Owner is very responsive and helpful as well.

Car: not necessary

small village complex that is private and quiet yet only 2 minute walk to the village, grocery store, restaurants and bars, liquor store, post office, bank, doctor's office and more. 10 minute walk to ski lifts Whistler and Blackcomb, or you can take a free shuttle around the corner and it'll take few minutes. This home is right next to tennis club and beautiful trail that can take you to Lost Lake.

Dear guests.
. The site charges service fee when you book, it is not my fee. My extra fee is 5% GST.
You can cancel any time and i will try to rebook it again, if someone will book your days or most of your days i will refund you days i was able to rebook. But if i can work it out with guest something better, i always try it first, i can move days around if space is available, or guest can have credit for future instead of cancelling. Please consider cancellation insurance, this site offers it as well. I will not refund money back if the weather is not good, rain, not enough snow or forest fire.
ONLY NON SHEDDING DOGS are welcome and there is a $70 flat fee for dogs during your stay. My cleaner charges me extra for guests with dogs.
If my home will have flood or fire and will need emergency renovation before your booking, i will let you know and will refund all your money and will try to help find another accommodation.
If you are from outside of Canada your credit card company might not be familiar with this site, if your payment is not going through please check with your credit card first. It happened few times.
You will check in at Whistler Reception Service in the village, few min walk from my place, get keys, pay refundable $1000 DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
Check in 4pm, check out 11am. You can ask reception desk to check in earlier if cleaner is done, or check with me and i will let you know .
Whistler Reception WILL EMAIL YOU WELCOMING LETTER WITH CHECK IN INFO, SAVE IT PLEASE. PLEASE CALL THEM OR ME IF ANY PROBLEM DURING VISIT.
