Decorator owned unit. Beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities.

Unit C301 is a 3rd floor walk up within Courchevel which is a 30 minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport. It is a short walk to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and minutes to the vibrant and fun Park City with restaurants clubs and the home of the Sundance Film Festival.

Ours is a third floor unit, 1 bedroom with a loft, approximately 1100 square feet in size, with a vaulted ceiling over the living room and a great sun deck just outside. The home has been professionally decorated by its current owners. This unit was remodeled using the highest grade of materials within the past 2 years. Gas Fireplace in the Living Room. This unit comes equipped with a washer dryer. The kitchen is fully functional with stainless appliances including: Dishwasher, Microwave oven, Electric Range and Refrigerator.

The master bedroom has built in storage, a ceiling fan, access to deck and full closet.

The entire unit is wired for sound and Includes: TV, DVD, CD stereo.

Sleeping: King Bed (Master), 2 Twin Beds (Loft), Full Bed (Living Room Sleeper Sofa)

This is a wonderful and desirable spot to vacation in either the winter or summer with all the vast array of activities that the Park City Utah area offers.
