Fully equipped and new 2BR+2 BA unit, in an excellent location in Punta. You wont even need a car! This 800 sq feets unit has a large terrace with a private barbeque. Living room with a 40 inches TV screen with 150+ Cable TV channels and Netflix. Broadband Internet, and in site parking space.
Master bedroom with a king size bed and an in suite bathroom. Second Bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom. A very equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all other small appliances. Private heated pool, Gym, Sauna and many other amenities.
24 hours reception desk. Fine linens and towels included in your rental.
Maid service from Monday to Saturday and beach service during peak season. Peak season from 15 December to 15 March aprox.

Great Experience all around!
The location of the unit is very convenient for getting around Punta del Este. Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, restaurants, cafes, and grocery market just outside of building. The host, Conrad, was super helpful in answering any questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and transportation to Montevideo. Check in process was super easy. 24 hour front desk, etc. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Punta del Este!

The property was ok but I rented the pace for five people when I got there I found out that was just for four. I talked to the owner of the property and he told me that I would have to pay more if I wanted five beds. I sent him the screenshot of the place I rented where it says for five people he never responded. Also the windows were really dirty. Not happy with this experience.

Great appartment in Punta del este
Together with my wife and my two daughters we had great 5-days stay in the beginning of January 2017. The apt. is very well equipped and has a perfect location. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches (only a few minutes’ walk away), the pool and the gym every day. There are nice small restaurants and shops located in the neighborhood. Thanks to Conrad and the staff in the building for good guiding and all kinds of help.

Excellent location in Punta!
My friends and I were in Punta for over New Years and selected this condo for our stay. It was perfect! Great location and easy to get around everywhere. The building was very nice with an outdoor pool at our disposal. The condo was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. It was great having our own balcony to sit on as well. I would highly recommend this apartment!

GREAT Location and Responsive Owner
My wife and I had an amazing visit at this property over Christmas 2015. The flat is extremely clean, well maintained and close to the beach. It also is within walking distance of many nice restaurants. (Conrado, the owner, speaks fluent English was readily available by phone when we had questions. He also was nice enough to provide us with several dining recommendations and without exception, they were excellent.) Note: The property has a small workout facility and very nice pool area; however, we preferred to walk to the ocean (about 4 - 5 short blocks away).
