Close to the beautiful bike trail for riding, walking, jogging or bird watching. Access to large lake from back yard. Dock to fish from. close to shopping . 13 miles from 75. 20 minutes away from Homosassa and Crystal River home of manatees and scalloping, and the springs.

Great Home!!
Sandy is a great host. We knew she was right there if we needed her. This home was a great place to stay. It was exactly as we thought it would be. It was very comfortable and inviting. Great location! The neighborhood was quiet in a residential area. We will go back!

Quiet and convenient
Located near the end of a cul de sac in a quiet wooded neighborhood. I rarely saw or heard any of the neighbors, and felt very private. The owner did a great job thinking of vacation renters typical needs. We were able to get to all the local attractions in forty five minutes or less, and then return for a leisurely swim. Even though the weather didn’t fully cooperate, we saw lots of manatees and swam in ice cold springs.

Absolutely perfect vacation home!
Absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, we had everything we needed, felt safe and the location was perfect. The furniture and beds were good quality, and comfortable. We spent every morning eating breakfast on the lanai and enjoying the beauty of the backyard. So much place! and the pool was incredible. We sat outside by the pool under a covered porch that had a ceiling fan, nice table and comfortable chairs every day. Another feature we loved was the attached garage for easy in/out access with our rental car. Very convenient to shopping and other activities in area. This was our 2nd time staying here.. we highly recommend.

Nice break
The house is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Close to all kinds of things to do. We were not bothered my the owners who live next door.

Lots of room and a great location---Ocala is 32 miles away--Tampa and Orlando are a hour and a half away.
Homosassa and Crystal River are 23 miles away---we have the Rainbow springs 24 miles away.
