Ocean View - Located 76 steps from the ocean and less than one-half mile North of Garden City Pier.

It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed.

It has three additional bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen bed, one with two double beds, and one with two queen beds..

Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom.

It has two full size refrigerators and a separate ice maker at the wet bar. Granite counter tops and large breakfast serve island.

It has a dishwasher and microwave.

Clean but dated

Location was great 6 blocks from pier with nextdoor street giving direct access to 17 business. Overall accommodations were fine. We’re a bit disappointed elevator did not go to 3rd floor where 4 of 5 bedrooms were located. Additionall, there were no rear steps to pool and hot tub area. Had to go out front door and go down front steps and then to back pool area. Not sure if that meets codes since there is only one exit out of house. One woul have to exit down steps and through kitchen and living area where you would expect any fire or emergency to develop. Kitchen and living area were great and washer/dryer room was excellent and appliances all worked great. Dual refrigerators were great and additional ice machine was a plus. Would have rated higher but three of us became sick with a headache and fever last day and upon upon returning home. We all were sick from late Thursday they Sunday afternoon. We suspect it had something to do with hot tub since these three used the hot tub the most. I would suggest the hot tub be drained and sanitized as all three had the exact same ilness.

Owner's Response: Our overview has always contained “Private elevator to first floor living area and king master suite.” You can come down the elevator to the ground floor which exits very close to the pool and hot tub entrance. Our hot tub is tested, cleaned and sanitized regularly. It seems a bit much to suggest that the hot tub made anyone sick, unless you eliminate everything that all of you had eaten and every door knob and such that you had touched. The cell numbers of the owner, scheduler and property manager are provided to all renters prior to check-in. No one got a call with any concerns except for operating instructions for the hot tub until this review was posted several days after check out.

Great house for golfers

Our group was 6 guys in town for golf. This house was perfect for us because 4 guys wanted their own bedroom and 2 guys shared a room with 2 queen beds. We arrived on a Tuesday the day after the storm surge had receded. Charlie had taken the pumps out of the hot tub and pool so they were not usable but this was very understandable given the situation. By Wednesday everything was cleaned up and in perfect condition. The hot tub felt great after 36 holes of golf. I didn't count how many steps to the beach but the public access is right across the street! We only ate breakfasts in the house but did notice there were plenty of pots and pans if you were wanting to make meals. The elevator was convenient for getting golf bags and luggage up when we arrived. The pictures show carpeting in the master bedroom upstairs but it has been upgraded to hardwood. Great place, would stay here again without question.

Beautiful house- nicely maintained!

We just spent a week at Seaspray and had a great visit. The house is nice and spacious and the pool/hot tub area were highly used. The house is so close to the beach- it's wonderful...easy walk! The reason I didn't give it five stars is because it was kind of loud at the house. Being positioned between the main road and a road that gets you into Garden City, there were a significant amount of vehicle traffic and a lot of that was noisy trucks, golf carts and motorcycles. It really didn't bother us unless we were on the balconies or at the pool though.... Otherwise, great stay.

What a great place to stay!!!

Our family recently spent eight wonderful days at Sea Spray on a much needed vacation. The house was absolutely incredible - from the double refrigerators to the hot tub and pool, it couldn't have been better. The house was clean and actually smelled clean too - not that musty odor that sometimes accompanies beach rentals. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, so we were able to prepare meals for our large group. The open concept kitchen and living area makes working in the kitchen so much better since the cook is right in the middle of all the "action" with everyone in the den. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of water pressure in all of the showers. The interior of the house looked new or at least freshly painted. We really enjoyed the porches and rocking chairs. With two refrigerators and a separate ice maker, ice was never an issue. I never knew how convenient it is to have two full size refrigerators until now. We kept bottled water and drinks in one and food in the other. One would have simply not been enough for our large crowd. The private pool and hot tub were also a big hit for our group. Both were clean and functioned perfectly. If I had any complaint at all, it would be the need for more seating in the living room area. We pulled chairs from the table over into the den which worked okay, but an additional sofa or loveseat would have been more comfortable. In summary, Sea Spray was awesome and we will definitely be back - in fact, it will be our sole go-to rental for vacations in the future!
